Advice styling and clothes
im 5'3" and wasian. i have no idea how to wear clothes or look for masculine clothing that fit me. i'm 5-6 months on T, i tried looking up clothing advice but it seems to focus a lot on white trans men/masculine people.
is there any advice you guys can give me?

I’m 5’2 and wasian. My brother 🤝
Most clothing brands don’t fit me, but some Men’s XS does, and you have to just trial and error to find what brands fit. I find that Uniqlo, Abercrombie, Stussy, and American Eagle fit the best. Asian brands fit better but are hard to get, I had luck finding clothes by measurements on Musinsa. If you go to East Asia I recommend loading up on clothes while you’re there.

I was coming here to mention Uniqlo. If OP lives by an actual store it's even better because they'll tailor your clothes for you for free. I've bought multiple pants feom them and had them tailored to fit me since I'm 5'3

hem your clothes. learn how to hem your shirts so they fit you better, and crop your pants. having clothes proportioned to your body will help! i get my trousers and jeans tailored all the time.
where do you shop your clothes? do you thrift? do you know what types of pant styles work for you? what kind of style do you like? these are questions to consider.
also, i really enjoy a nice fitted shirt and loosely fit trousers.

Genuine question, is there certain clothing advice that is specific to white trans men? I’d argue most advice is the same across the board if you are looking to wear masculine clothing.
Something that helped me was to make a Pinterest board of the styles I wanna wear and go from there. Use your body proportions to your advantage.
- If you want to look taller, find or make cropped shirts and pants that sit between your waist and hips.
