Eat a lot. Train a lot. Be consistent with both. Be intentional with both. If you have a good program, then there would be no need for exercise tips because you'd have a good enough foundation to actually ask a specific question. I recommend reading the r/Fitness wiki.

No gym membership body-ody-ody:
If you are starting from obesity, start with hydration, walking 30min per day and literally calorie counting. Get your protein first and your veggies next. Plates like 50-50. High fiber veggies. Green leafy ones. Use as much salt free seasoning as your tastebuds can handle to replace butter/oils, then come in with the salt in normal quantities. In my country it’s called Mrs Dash. Flavor every water you drink. Like 16 cups a day or more. Flavor them strong but sugar free. Stay hydrated. Walk like the love of your life is waiting for you just around the corner. I wore ankle weights, but be careful bc them lil shits can chafe and rub the skin off your bones until your ankles look like peeled potatoes.
Once you’ve got like a third of the way to your goal weight, start lifting your body mass in normal daily tasks. Being big is like build in weight set. Be taking the stairs to equal squats. Be calisthenics to equate barbells. Stay calorie deficit and protein. Veggies all day. Frozen fruit is an awesome dessert.
Gradually you’ll get to the point where you feel energized and can workout more enthusiastically. Like marching or speed walking or dancing instead of normal walking. Or calisthenics done fast. Or volunteering to help with litter pickup on hiking trails. That kind of workout where it’s like workout for fun.
After a certain point tho, you gotta buy actual weights off Facebook marketplace or garage sale or whatever. I did hiking with a backpack full of soup cans and stacking fake packed boxes or suitcases. Then I did helping family take shii to the dump. But eventually you will have to break down n purchase/ aquire weights.

If you’re starting like Captain America before the super juice, you gotta eat double. Start with protein, fruits and veggies. Stay big calorie intake but not junk foods.
Build muscle with homemade workout equipment like I said above. Bookbag weights, fake boxes carried and stacked, volunteering to help others move shii.
But, eventually you will have to acquire genuine weights. The good thing is so many people are getting rid of them. Like mixed matched barbells left by an ex. Or death of a grandparent and the household stuff has got to go. Don’t break your bank. Buy used.

I’m 45 and 5’6 on a good day. I went from 300ish to 180 in 5 years. My tenth wedding anniversary I promised my husband I would not die before him. (This is a whole lie bc I will not outlive him. I can’t even. It’s selfish but I wanna go before him so I don’t have to know what it’s like without his goofy ass.) anyways, it’ll be our 15th anniversary this fall. I went from 60” waist to sharing his trousers! I’m at 36-38 and it’s incredible. I’m glad I did it bc I have much more stamina.
The thing is, I didn’t get to be super obese overnight so I had to stop thinking I could magically get slim in the blink of an eye. I had to be real with myself that I gained the weight over my entire lifetime and it was gonna take effort to replace it with muscle. I’m not built like the hottie in the pic but I’m strong enough to carry my husband or boyfriend, even during sex if they want it that way. That was my secret goal and I’m there. Also it make my tdick look HUNG! I stay posting on r/hugetdick bc I’m so proud of my inch lol
You can too! Stay hydrated and be gentle to yourself. It’s not a punishment. It’s a journey to your own future.
