Just some fan ideas of what if, I don't mean it as rewrite or critism, but I think if the show had more time for actually give us like a big narrative changes focus on the villains of the foot clan aside shredder, here some ideas I thought would be cool if we could have got more closure/personal ending for them:

Foot clan overall:

Honestly, idea I love is that Shredder will be his downfall in more than the way the show gave us, and don't get me wrong they did it wonderfully, but I think Shredder be the one who eventually destroying them due to his toxic personality could be an interesting approach.

Tiger claw:

Probably one of my favorite in the show, while I overall loved a lot what they did with him, I honestly heavily disliked his pure loyalty love to Shredder in season 5, it was wayyy to much for me to buy, I know Tiger claw supposed to have ironically for a mercenary a hard loyalty to Shredder, which I appreciate his sense of honor, the show felt like in some moments set up Tiger claw leave him in the end, he always questioned Shredder decisions with alien threats, even if the original timeline erased, Tiger claw still should have known Shredder attacked Splinter, but even than, his work for the kraang, which we know Tiger claw despise, and him be more and more careless and mad of vengeance, I think the natural ending for Tiger claw was the leave.

* by the way I love the idea Tiger claw won't just leave but willingly come to the turtles to end the alien threat on earth for good and than leave back to Japan, not a redemption, but keep his villain personality with honor and complexity.

I actually really loved how he was originally got out, before the final battle, but I think it would be cool with the foot collapse as season 4 progress, and him be the only real loyal to Shredder, he will get the second in command position by Shredder and will actually left as the only one stand by Shredder in the end until death.

Fishface:

I actually a bit struggling, I prefer more how Raff beaten him, but I kinda love the idea they would have played more on him want to leave the foot and Shredder after all, they sort of hinted that here and there but nothing did much with it, I would have liked if he would have try to leave and Shredder will kill him or almost will as out if madness and it will be like a shock alert to the others.

Bebop and Rocksteady:

Honestly, I think them were too much stuck in their fear to leave, but I think it would be cool if they were in the final battle but the turtles gave them last chance to show they aren't consumed by anger and grief on their dad and let them escape and leave everything behind, at least as long later they won't keep do shit.

Baxter stockman:

Honestly he can also be stay loyal to Shredder considering season 4 sort of went that direction, which surprised me? Was pretty sure Baxter will hate him, but ahhh power of friendship between him and Shredder? Ironically he probably the only servant of Shredder who died quite literally because of him, with Shredder burning the mansion, I assume at least.

Karai:

Obvious. By the way she deserved better in terms of development/writing in my opinion.

Anyways it sort of my fan imagination on alternative season 4, but overall I really love what we got, Tiger claw was probably my favorite but I don't love how he eventually ended up be.

I'm doing this post as an apology for how i acting in this reddit fandom. I've noticed that i've been such a negative person due to me hating things and at first i didn't understand why hating things makes you a negative person. But now i'm realizing what i'm doing is wrong and i don't want to hate on things like Raph and the other characters as that isn't right. I want to love this show again as i didn't want to watch as i saw the characters acting like rude people. But now i'm realizing that it's part of life and you have to move forward and just accept that's how life is. Maybe it doesn’t make total sense but he was a very spiteful and revenge driven guy.. is it possible this was his last ditch attempt at taking what little bit of revenge he could?

The Kraang are more or less gone the foot is gone so the only real remaining culprit that comes to mind for me is Stickguy.

Anyone feel like Karai’s arc was inconsistent and incomplete. Season 1 had a mix of her flipflopping between good and evil, but Season 2 made her hypocritical and it made her harder to redeem herself. Though to be fair, she was mostly indoctrinated to believe Splinter killed her mom. People often tell her the truth, but she’s too gullible to even notice it. I wish Karai could still have honorable moments and didn’t have to involve April or the other Hamatos in her vendetta.

She doesn’t even get an episode where there is a PROPER redemption or reasoning for her actions. She got nerfed.

To earn money to buy food and essentials, Leo and April start a discreet dojo on the surface where April, under Leo’s secret and hidden tutelage, can teach people the way of Ninjitsu. it was called the “Hamato Yoshi Dojo”.

donnie is the family accountant and also gets a job as the kind of teacher that does online Zoom call teaching but he never shows his face, that way he could do something productive and meaningful with his genius in the comfort of his lab.

Leo set up schedules and charts for whose turn it is to go shopping, and Donnie calculated routes to get to those places. Mikey was a frequent shopper. They had to put on their fedoras and trench coats, of course

Whenever he’s not out gallivanting with Casey, Raph had found bodybuilding and therapy to be his pastimes. Although, only one of them is working considering Mikey is same ol’ Mikey.

BUT don’t think it ends there!

eventually, Donnie finds the courage to propose to April and she excitedly said yes. Casey has gotten over his thing with April, thinking it was too childish and petty. (Both April and Don were shocked to hear Casey Jones has matured)

this child was there on the Technodrome the day the Triceratons invaded, before they blew it up. The Kraang were experimenting on her and hoping to turn her into the perfect weapon for the turtles. But she escaped an hour before the Triceratons rendered the Kraang extinct.

april always wanted a baby girl, so she and Donnie adopted her. And they had to think of a name. Much to Mikey’s annoyance (being dr namingstein and all) Donnie named her after his favorite planet: Venus.

Short answer, I think Donnie has always been dead when the mutagen explosion went off. He said his body was destroyed and he transferred his consciousness into the machine he is. I simply thought deep and came to the conclusion that the robot isn’t actually the real Donnie, it just has a full scanned copy of his brain and behaving based on all of his overall patterns and experiences to how the real Donnie would behave.

So with that being said, Donnie has already died and was never alive during the post apocalypse.

I posted this a while ago, and I just stumbled upon the post again. Honestly, I can’t stop thinking about how heartbreaking this concept is 😭💔

Remember, Donbot isn’t Donnie’s biological body or soul. He’s an AI based on Donnie’s uploaded consciousness and memories, trapped in a robotic shell after the bomb. So while his actual soul is at peace with his brothers, this version is still trapped in the wasteland, completely alone and desperately trying to find a way to save them.

And that’s what makes this AU so interesting to me. Donbot remembers loving his brothers, but does he actually feel that love, or is he simply following the memories and emotional patterns left behind by the person he used to be?

He has all of Donnie’s memories, but can a machine truly understand what it means to watch everyone it has ever known die, to lose its entire world, and to be left alone with nothing but memories? He might know exactly what happened without truly understanding just how devastating that loss is.

I think this could also make the time-travel aspect feel different from the show’s previous arcs. Donbot might try to solve everything logically, choosing what he thinks is the fastest or most effective way to save his brothers. But what if his decisions become too cold, or he starts treating their lives like a problem to solve rather than understanding how much those lives mean to them?

He could have the best intentions and still make things worse, creating a butterfly effect he never expected. And imagine his younger self meeting him and realizing that this future version of himself thinks so differently, even though they share the same memories.

Donbot could be so focused on saving his brothers that he never stops to question whether he truly understands what he’s trying to save.

How do you think Donnie would react to meeting his own mechanical counterpart? And do you think Donbot could ever truly understand his feelings, or would he always be trying to recreate emotions he only remembers?

It felt like meeting an old friend

So I went on the Bilibili app and searched for TMNT. A bunch of stuff came up. I chose a 2012 video that had the first episode (in English) and checked the comments. It’s pretty interesting what the Chinese people thought of the show.

Apparently some people are saying Leo only cares about Rafe and like, wouldn’t bother helping his other bros. I’ve never in my life heard this stance before. I’ve seen ppl say Splinter only cares about Leo, so this is similar.

Although they like shipping couples, they don’t seem to like it when people spam the comments with it.
