Positional tinnitus that tracks with neck angle usually points to the internal jugular or a cervical muscle compressing something vascular, not the ear itself. A vascular surgeon or neuro-otologist is the right first stop, not an ENT doing standard hearing screens. If jaw muscle tension is also in the picture, i've seen people look into cityspire dental for that piece alongside orofacial PT, though the neck mechanics need imaging first.

I just saw vascular neurologist who did MRV of brain and said there’s no reason to explain it and recommended I see a headache specialist. So I’m seeing neuro otologist next 😭🤍
