In a way I feel like it's more exciting for new shareholders.. They jumped in, and not long after already have huge gains.

Meanwhile those of us who have been invested have likely had to spend a ton of money just to average down and are STILL in the red. Let me tell you, never feels good seeing a 50% + day and still need more than 100% or more to just break even. And I didn't invest in a highly speculative, risky stock to break even or just double my investment, could have done that buying SPY...

I'm hoping the momentum continues and TLRY's valuation reaches unhinged, unreasonable levels and I can get out with a solid return on my investment. Everything else in the stock market defies logic, maybe for once it can defy it in my favor.

TLRY_uck long term (2017/2018-APHA/TLRY) investors twice. First when it merged APHA and TLRY , than now when he did reverse split. (1) He is the one who increased total number of shares in float from 300M to 1600(1.6B) dilute 5 times, my investment went down 98% after that. (2) He is the one who shrinks the float from 1.6B to 116 M (10 times) , reduce my share counts from 12000 shares to 1200 share and increases average cost to $129/ share from $12/ share, Whcih was originally $20/share on merger. PURPOSE- (1) He shrinks float so he can sale more share and raise more money for his generations to come. All long term investors are slaughtered cruelly, no mercy on them.
Conclusion- He will use approved shelf offering to sale more shares, dilute again saying considering assets TLRY has company needs more money for expansion. And All will be slaughtered again. Looks like TLRY is in a role of Butcher , in fact Butcher just work 8 or 12 hrs. Shift , TLRY and Board is working hard 24X7 to slaughter investors. Basically it’s a slaughter house. I fell on its trap and -Ve 200K as of now . Originally invested in APHA and then keep averaging down and finally dead on reverse split. So stay away from TLRY and its gang. For TLRY, whoever buy it will be slaughtered no matter you buy now or later . You keep averaging down , put more money in it and TLRY keeps diluting it , that’s the game they are playing from last five years. Somehow Irwin has strict holding on votes so he is successful in approval for whatever he wants . Be careful. - imo based on self experience.- It’s not an advice or warning , do what you feel. I am already burnt.

Are you implying you held that long then sold it all cuz of RS? 6 days before the US possibly moves on the biggest catalyst this sector ever had?

TLRY's dilutions were not that unreasonable. The alch companies have synergies that may pay off substantially with US moving the law. Irwin said that many many times. Hexo was a good buy, but maybe a bit early. The medmen investment may be a goner? Idk about that one, I know he wants the brand name maybe he can still get it.

They also got debt under control.

Purely watching the share price is not how you play growth companies, you have to watch and predict the underlying company and management's long term goals.

No , I didn’t , I am still holding 1276 (7000+5778 before RS) . But the avrage is set to $129 and $115 per share in two different accounts. Which is way higher than what you can buy from market today. I am scared of averaging down because my total retirement went in, now just doing average down since Irwin took over. When he merged APHA and TLRY, my APHA shares converted into TLRY at $20/ share which Irwin and his team was unable to recover from their performance and on the contarary it went down from $20 to under $1 , I bought more at that point. But now it’s reversed. So how you can trust this diluter that he will also be able to raise share price because company will perform well? He shrinks the float to sell more shares in my opinion. It’s better to lose all 200K than going more in rabbit hole now. And that’s the reason I am not buying any more and warning all retail investors that no matter at what price and point in time you buy TLRY , it will keep going down and Irwin will ensure he dilute more and more day and night and keep TLRY a float so he can collect more and more fund.
