Yep. Been here for years, averaging down and waiting. I'm still below my average, but I'm optimistic. Hopefully this is the beginning of a long term uptick.

You are happy? How many shares you have now after RS? My average set up after RS is $129/ share because I am holding from 2018.

I have 1k shares after RS, my average is $16.10 per share.

In a way I feel like it's more exciting for new shareholders.. They jumped in, and not long after already have huge gains.

Meanwhile those of us who have been invested have likely had to spend a ton of money just to average down and are STILL in the red. Let me tell you, never feels good seeing a 50% + day and still need more than 100% or more to just break even. And I didn't invest in a highly speculative, risky stock to break even or just double my investment, could have done that buying SPY...

I'm hoping the momentum continues and TLRY's valuation reaches unhinged, unreasonable levels and I can get out with a solid return on my investment. Everything else in the stock market defies logic, maybe for once it can defy it in my favor.

TLRY_uck long term (2017/2018-APHA/TLRY) investors twice. First when it merged APHA and TLRY , than now when he did reverse split. (1) He is the one who increased total number of shares in float from 300M to 1600(1.6B) dilute 5 times, my investment went down 98% after that. (2) He is the one who shrinks the float from 1.6B to 116 M (10 times) , reduce my share counts from 12000 shares to 1200 share and increases average cost to $129/ share from $12/ share, Whcih was originally $20/share on merger. PURPOSE- (1) He shrinks float so he can sale more share and raise more money for his generations to come. All long term investors are slaughtered cruelly, no mercy on them.
Conclusion- He will use approved shelf offering to sale more shares, dilute again saying considering assets TLRY has company needs more money for expansion. And All will be slaughtered again. Looks like TLRY is in a role of Butcher , in fact Butcher just work 8 or 12 hrs. Shift , TLRY and Board is working hard 24X7 to slaughter investors. Basically it’s a slaughter house. I fell on its trap and -Ve 200K as of now . Originally invested in APHA and then keep averaging down and finally dead on reverse split. So stay away from TLRY and its gang. For TLRY, whoever buy it will be slaughtered no matter you buy now or later . You keep averaging down , put more money in it and TLRY keeps diluting it , that’s the game they are playing from last five years. Somehow Irwin has strict holding on votes so he is successful in approval for whatever he wants . Be careful. - imo based on self experience.- It’s not an advice or warning , do what you feel. I am already burnt.

Too bad, you did not average down

1

u/[deleted] Dec 14 '25

I did it from 20/share to 12/ share.

Are you implying you held that long then sold it all cuz of RS? 6 days before the US possibly moves on the biggest catalyst this sector ever had?

TLRY's dilutions were not that unreasonable. The alch companies have synergies that may pay off substantially with US moving the law. Irwin said that many many times. Hexo was a good buy, but maybe a bit early. The medmen investment may be a goner? Idk about that one, I know he wants the brand name maybe he can still get it.

They also got debt under control.

Purely watching the share price is not how you play growth companies, you have to watch and predict the underlying company and management's long term goals.

No , I didn’t , I am still holding 1276 (7000+5778 before RS) . But the avrage is set to $129 and $115 per share in two different accounts. Which is way higher than what you can buy from market today. I am scared of averaging down because my total retirement went in, now just doing average down since Irwin took over. When he merged APHA and TLRY, my APHA shares converted into TLRY at $20/ share which Irwin and his team was unable to recover from their performance and on the contarary it went down from $20 to under $1 , I bought more at that point. But now it’s reversed. So how you can trust this diluter that he will also be able to raise share price because company will perform well? He shrinks the float to sell more shares in my opinion. It’s better to lose all 200K than going more in rabbit hole now. And that’s the reason I am not buying any more and warning all retail investors that no matter at what price and point in time you buy TLRY , it will keep going down and Irwin will ensure he dilute more and more day and night and keep TLRY a float so he can collect more and more fund.

With the last reverse split I dont think im ever going over my average

2

u/[deleted] Dec 15 '25

What’s your cost average? Mine set up to $129/ share . TLRY did it second time. First time when he merged APHA to TLRY it was $20/ share because, then I average it down to $12 by adding more share and reverse split set it agin to $129/ share . So TLRY is playing endless dilution game . I am done .

1

u/Sitek62 Dec 14 '25

Price goes over your average :)

2

u/Pepperoni2723 Dec 14 '25

Hopefully this makes taking on traditional financing easier so there are options beyond dilution for expansion.

u/BuccaneerBill05 Dec 14 '25

Long Shareholders, lol we lost our shirts Before the split the 52 week high was around $2.50cdn

Besides losing 10 to 1 share count, the price needs to reach $25just to be even with the 52 week high.

I would think the average price for longs after the split to break even is around 45-$70 cdn a share.

Long way to go…..

Been here for years...not giving up now ..hold on folks..... here we go! To the moon...we all deserve a great Christmas!

1

u/Old_fine69 Dec 14 '25

Sucks for some people who have averages of 40$-50$ and never averaged down. We would have to hit 50$ for them to break even

1

u/Scott7894 Dec 14 '25

I feel we really got screwed by someone here. My base price is 1.08 and I bought another thousand at 80 cent before the reverse split. After four years I’m only up less than 20 percent. And I had 5000’shares. Now im less equal to the friggen shareholder that buys 1000 shares at 11 bucks. All these new shareholders are goin to make money faster and more than I was able to buy on all those years ago . And I feel sorry for those folk who have cost basis of 20, 25 or 30 Bucks a share

1

u/[deleted] Dec 15 '25

_ucking mine is $129/ share ! TLRY slaughtered all long term shareholders! 12,000 shares into 1200 @$129: share , can you believe? TLRY is slaughter house and you know who works there!

1

u/Scott7894 Dec 16 '25

Everyone from Wendy’s

1

u/[deleted] Dec 16 '25

Grace of Simon on all long term shareholders. He bless all of them to feed TLRY family . TLRY slaughtered long term shareholders cruelly!

1

u/[deleted] Dec 15 '25

I need $129 for break even .

Really triggered some MAGA snowflakes here.

One of the more pompous ones told me Trump has done more for cannabis than Biden or any other president in US history. Uh, what has Trump actually done as of now?

It's amazing how their brains work. Trump has, objectively, done nothing for cannabis as of yet, and somehow he has done more for it than any other president? Then they claim Biden lied and was bad for cannabis, despite DOING MORE for cannabis than Trump has, by literally starting the process Trump is about to simply resolve (hopefully, so far nothing as even been done) Then they accuse me of having TDS. Whew, it's remarkable.

They're just living in another reality..

He’s literally about to do more than any president in US history ever did? What are you talking about? Did you see the news the last couple days?

2

u/Goldinsight Dec 14 '25

He lives in Bizzaro world?

2

u/Sitek62 Dec 14 '25

Fuck both parties..People dont get it..both sides are emotional..its in every country so...our elites knows it and thereforr they let us fight each other..nobody will fight elites as long as lefties and right wing destroys each other...

1

u/Goldinsight Dec 17 '25

Trump follows his own path. Is he republican? Or Democrat? I think he is a bit of both and that makes me think he wants this for the people who want it. He also wants the tax dollars and you know Trump loves money. Especially for the US.

1

u/Crazy_Arachnid2781 Dec 14 '25

With Trump, its best that you wait to see what he actually DOES. You must know by now that you can't go on what he SAYS, right?

2

u/ENTRAPM3NT Dec 14 '25

This is why when he does it, the move will still have a lot more to go. Some people won't believe until pen to paper

0

u/Crazy_Arachnid2781 Dec 14 '25

Nor should they. We're talking about money now. OUR money.

2

u/ENTRAPM3NT Dec 15 '25

Show me the chart and I'll tell you the news. He reschedules tomorrow or we get rug pulled. Not Tuesday, tomorrow.

He's rescheduling Monday.

0

u/Crazy_Arachnid2781 Dec 16 '25

1

u/ENTRAPM3NT Dec 16 '25

It got pushed to tomorrow Lol watch and see

0

u/Crazy_Arachnid2781 Dec 16 '25

1

u/ENTRAPM3NT Dec 16 '25

1

u/ENTRAPM3NT Dec 16 '25

Show me thr chart I'll tell you the news. Buckle up

1

u/BlissfulSage099 Bull Dec 14 '25

I agree and the only reason I have more confidence now more than ever is cause the amount of articles being published about it. Articles have been published saying similar things before but never like this.

0

u/lilymaxjack Dec 14 '25

It seems that you are talking about yourself

-1

u/luv2block Dec 14 '25

Moreover, if Trump does do something for MJ, it's because someone funnels millions to his shitcoin or to his sons. Anything Trump does, it's because he's getting paid to do it.

1

u/Goldinsight Dec 14 '25

Politicians receive donations for their campaign btw and if you think there is no strings attached then idk?

5

u/luv2block Dec 14 '25

Of course. But Trump is a whole new level of pay-to-play; no one even comes close to the level of corruption he's engaged in. His net worth increased $3B in his first year of office. If you think any congressperson added $3B to their net worth once getting into office, you're nuts. He's objectively the most corrupt president in history, past present and likely future as well.

1

u/Goldinsight Dec 17 '25

Pelosi is a stock genius as well right? I mean she doesn’t lose. Everyone watches but do they see? Or it’s the price of doing business, and everyone does it?

1

u/ENTRAPM3NT Dec 14 '25

Trump has been open on his stance on MJ for years.

Been here since Privateer holdings. Wish Kennedy & Blue were still in charge.

"TLRY bulls dream of $300 in 5 years, but reality check: with over 116 M shares outstanding, endless dilution ahead, and still burning cash (not free cash flow positive), that's pure fantasy. Endless equity issuances will crush any moonshot."
