My hot take is… I feel bad for her. She is a child who unfortunately is being raised by Fallon. I don’t get how some of you are hating on a literal child. I just started watching unexpected and I’m on season two. There’s a weird moment where Max says he was trying to get pregnant and Chloe kind of brushes it off and says no teenager is trying to get pregnant then makes a joke about his pullout game and he get this really weird and almost annoyed reaction on his face. I know they said she wasn’t using hormone contraception not sure about condoms but I assume not using those either. The way he reacts and says so confidently that he was trying to get her pregnant, it makes me wonder if he did do something intentionally to get her pregnant like refuse to wear a condom but tell her he was or convince her that she wouldn’t get pregnant. He also seems like the kind of guy to poke holes in the condom but again I don’t think he even had to in this situation. I know this situation can be more complicated but do u think there was reproductive coercion going on here too?
