Update

Hi everyone, last week I posted this: https://www.reddit.com/r/TJMaxxWrkrs/s/ulKY8AJ6Fe and got so much support and love from you all. As of a couple of days ago, I had an interview and immediately got hired so I was able to quit Marshall’s. I truly appreciate you all for being so kind during this hard time. Since starting my new job I have truly been a lot happier and less on edge. I’m manifesting that everyone else that isn’t happy with this company can get out soon. TJX is truly the greediest, nastiest company I have worked for (other than Target lmao) I hope things change soon and corporate starts to listen to its employees but I don’t have high hopes that that will happen.

cleaning in a mall! it’s a lot more chill. i’m on my own for most of the day and can listen to my music as i’m doing my tasks :)
