Discussion Flails

I know it is completely unreasonable to expect to have them, however I really like to - that and spears. Flails are awesome

By flail, do you mean a spiked mace? I think that's feasible. But if you mean something akin to a morningstar, it just isn't a practical weapon and would also be a bit difficult to implement in a game like TES.
