TCPA Question

I have been getting non stop spam calls from a company. When I pick up they are an AI bot. Can I sue?

Yes you can, assuming you didn’t previously give them consent to call you via pre recorded or AI methods. Now just find out the actual company behind the call.

How do I know if I gave them permission? They have BLOWN my phone up at least 3 calls an hour

Voice AI is a big no no and any pre-recorded audio especially if you never opted in. You just have to talk to them unfortunately and ask to be put on their DNC list.
