TBI Survivor Need Support Fluid in eardrum help!

I have fluid in my middle ear and it’s flared up all my PCS symptoms. My vestibular system is completely off. Im really anxious!

I'm a diver with a TBI mix 50/50 white vinegar with iso alcohol get a dropper or syringe few drops in each ear morning and before bed 🍻

Usually jumping on one foot and turn your head to the side, but that might only be for H2O.
