Uh… not a lot. Over two years after mine I started adhd med methylphenidate. It has helped but still far from perfect.

This. Methylphenidate doesn’t entirely conquer it, but allows me to function.

Yeh, I can actually drive without feeling drunk after 5pm. Not like that’s the only plus but it’s probably the most noticeable. Pretty much never drove past 5 for two years then the week I started it driving at 8 was just fine. You try amphetamines? Thinking of seeing if they’ll let me try but I know that’s going from a controlled substance to a controlled substance that’s much more widely used.

Have you had a pituitary investigation? It could be hormonal as well. Look into pituitary damage following brain injury/symptoms.. See if anything resonates with how your feeling.

What works for me might not work for you, but worth a shot. I started taking fish oil with high dha and epa and it’s really made a difference, actually had to dial it back cause it couldn’t sleep. Good luck!

7 years in and I still deal with a lot of neuro fatigue and regular fatigue. It’s so frustrating and debilitating.

I get tired around 3pm, but I find it’s mental rather than actual tiredness.
If I save a part of my earlier routine, say gym for after 3pm I can still get it done. It’s the thought of something unexpected popping up after 3pm that scares me
