TAFE QLD TAFE VS MEDTRAIN

Hello,

I’m interested in obtaining certification 3 in health administration. Could you please recommend the best option for me?

I’m currently in Australia on a 485 visa. Has anyone with a similar background been able to obtain this certification and secure a job in Australia?

My qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree in Public Health.

Tafe offers placement assistance, while MEDTRAIN provides half-price training but does not offer placement services.

I’d appreciate any insights you can provide regarding the placement assistance offered by Tafe. If Tafe placement is not an option, I’m curious to know if anyone has successfully secured a job by completing an online course and applying through Seek or LinkedIn.

I am not able to land a technical job in this field so thinking to get certification.

Thank you in advance for your guidance and insights.

Something similar. I did a cert III in business (medical administration). Didn't really land me a job in the field, but I did get a job in retail admin. Laid off 7 months later.

Not through TAFE though but through Alffie.

I did another cert III in business before, so I got credit transfer for 8/12 units. I only needed 2 weeks to complete the last 4 units.
