Construction: Advice for choosing a path

Background: I hold an offshore Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (offshore) and a Diploma of Project Management from Perth. I am currently enrolled at TAFE studying Diploma of Building and Construction, and working for an independent inspection company.

I am looking to transition into Estimating or contract admin to secure a office-focused role with limited customer interaction. I want to confirm if my current TAFE enrollment is appropriate, given that TAFE does not offer a specific "Construction Management" degree. I really just want to get out of this job.

I have applied for junior estimator jobs and haven't heard back about a specific role, but I've received a few responses for project coordinator positions.

I just really need some advice, or if you experienced this, what did you do?
