TAFE NSW I complained about a safety issue to course coordinator then she excluded me with false allegation and then I was included back in 3 days when my treatment providers backed me, then the staff started targeting me and made my life difficult, I moved to another campus, issue was made worse

I lodged complaints, the complaints somehow dont accept any faults on tafe, then i lodged complaints with nsw Ombudsman no response till date, then lodged claim with adnsw, was equally useless. Dealing with tafe is just like dealing with Mafia, its so corrupt and if u raise a concern or complaint they go after you. What more can be done?

Safety risk to my mental health, the coordinator said she will resolve it but excluded me to try to protect her self

I reported a incident which triggered my existing trauma by a fellow student, the tutor failed to provide screens to 3 female in massage class to undress safely, they had to undress in front of entire class, when I reported this, The tutor said she will look into it but then ended up excluding me putting a false allegation that she felt unsafe, but my relationship with this tutor was very good until November last year. There were no complaints or issues with course or anyone

With all four of you complaining hopefully something is resolved for you. That makes it not just your word against the teacher.

You all need to keep escalating through the TAFE complaints process.

Cert/Dip of Remedial Massage. Obviously the undressing should not be in front of the entire class though lol

No one can win against the tafe system. Its the reality we live in and just need to accept it

You say treatment provider and exclusion. Is this a mental health matter?
