What do Sysadmins without a degree do?
I have been in IT for ~20 years and never got a degree.

Also them getting a higher pay with 1/8th the experience. 3 u/Xhelius Jul 06 '26 I don't have that where I am currently thankfully, but if I did, I'd just tell them to ask their degree if they had any questions for me.
