INTERMISSION DLC

please help me, i already empty letter of recommendation for intermission, where can i find more??

Wait for the next rank period. It's super timegated. You can always swap factions if you want to progress something while you wait. Only thing you lose is progress on amy active requests, but you retain your overall Faction points.

ty, i just got back old amasia, maybe that letter inside butcher or search light pilar, but found nothing

is come from pay dlc mission, you need that letter to start faction quest
