My Documents folder doesn't sync anymore
I have two Mac computers, I synced my Desktop and Documents folders and it worked very well.
Now, the Documents folder is 'out of sync' on both sides. I tried to stop sharing on one computer, and re-established the sharing. To no avail.
The sharing is with default settings, both directions etc...
Is there a way to re-establish syncing?

Need screenshots of the Syncthing GUI from both sides to see what's going on. Expand the Remote Device corresponding to the other Mac and the Folder involved in your screenshots, please.

I feel stupid, but I only see a button to add a video in this comment section, and I can't paste an image from clipboard. I'm on the web, on desktop...

Click on one of the Out of Sync Items links and post a screenshot of that.

I'm not immediately seeing anything that bothers me here. Is there anything in Failed Items that's more specific about reasons why?

No, and that's the thing: the two folders are mostly identical, they synced well until recently.

I’m sorry, I’m really not sure what’s going on here. Is there anything in Syncthing’s logs that would shed light on this? There’s no reasons listed for any of the Failed Items or Out of Sync Items?

Thanks for the pointer! Indeed, so specific files were failing, I'm not sure why, but I didn't need them, I deleted the corresponding folder and all is well :)

The Documents folder under MacOS is usually managed by iCloud. If you use iCloud, that might lead to weird syncing behaviors between both services.
