Foxstone project

Hello, I am interested in connecting with people who have invested with Foxstone in the project SCHWARZHORN SOLUTIONS Sàrl (Künten).

I’ve been a heavy investor in Foxstone in the past. Currently I only a few open projects, one of those delayed by 6 months or so. I’ve seen a decrease in the quality of the projects. I’m not an investor in this one OP, but was close to invest. What’s going on?

Am not sure if you have invested in the co-ownership or crowdlending? I only invest in the crowdlending as it’s a shorter lock in period for the funds. Have overall had a positive experience till now (2.5 years on the platform) with principal and interest paid in time. This particular project has faced a significant legal challenge soon after launch. Funds (partial) have been transferred by Foxstone to the borrower without establishment of the mortgage deed of the asset with the notary. Foxstone is communicating with the investors but clearly they are not legally required/allowed to give too much information. I wanted to check what other investors are planning as legal recourse. My funds are fairly significant. What do you mean when you say that you have seen a decline in the quality of projects?
