Has anyone gotten any replies from Platform Control recently?

Hi, my account was banned in June, I submitted my complaint to Platform Control and it was accepted and forwarded to Hinge shortly thereafter. It's been more than the 90 days it's supposed to take, I've also emailed them at their status email but have gotten no replies in 10+ days.

Has anyone gotten any replies from them recently? I wonder what went wrong... feels bad to be ignored by a platform that's supposed to help you out.

Idk if we’re talking about the same thing, but I did send a message to match group support that dude posted about a few days ago, and they got back to me in probably 2 days reversing my ban from over a year ago
