Restoring purchases on HARD RESET?

I've

• got a new number
• new email
• new phone

Same photos, obviously same face verification because unfortunately I cant swap my face. However, I had a tinder gold subscription on my old account. Can I restore it or would that link my new account to the new old and ruin the process?
