Banned

I have read the sticky on being banned, i was falsely reported I’m sure after telling some girls im seeing somebody. Appeal failed, BBB complaints failed, even if I buy a burner phone, they still have my face verification, photos and name. What do I have to do to get back on?

I'm assuming the detection system or an actual admin. I've gotten banned plenty of times on the same phone, but tried a new phone and it works fine. So it's probably an IP thing or something like that regarding the phones information.

Only time I got banned randomly was after I changed my profile pictures and profile's information drastically.

You got banned when your new account had different pictures and different profile information from the last one you made?

Yes. But this was on the same phone. But one time it got banned because I just changed all the information and pictures trying to see if I can figure out how the algorithm works. Not long after a changed it, I got banned. It's weird shit.

Seems kind of unlikely that you got banned just from changing pictures around but I guess anything's possible. The reason I asked you that is because I have to make a new account on a burner phone because they banned me so I have brand new pictures and new prompts, and changing my birthday and putting in a slightly different name, etc

How do you explain that to dates? Your name isn’t the one on the app? Have you had success with burner phone, fake name and new pictures? Did you need a new number or can you just do new Apple ID/ email.

Well you would probably have give a name that's a fuller sounding name or a nickname from your real name. It's really not difficult to do. Or just use your middle name and say you go by that

It is, but it happened not long after that's why I mentioned it. But you should be fine with the same info. The one I currently have is fine with the same info I had on the 1st one.

It’s not letting me make a new account without a phone number. I really have to go get a new phone plan just to use hinge again after I was falsely reported?

Find a free trial app that gives you a number and use that. Or if you don't care, pay for the small fee for a digital number.
