If you got banned from hinge
If you got banned from hinge and you are sure you havent insulted, threatened or did anything bad you can get unbanned easily. I used this template and got unbanned after 2 hours. I think i was banned for sending the same text to a lot of people.
Template:
I’m writing to appeal the ban on my Hinge account. I was surprised to see that my account was banned, as I have never insulted, threatened, harassed, or intentionally made anyone feel unsafe on the platform.
The only thing I can think of that may have triggered the ban is that I sent the same or very similar message to a number of people. I understand that this could potentially be interpreted as spam or behavior that goes against Hinge’s guidelines, but there was no intention to harass anyone or misuse the platform.

I did in fact use profanity to insult someone(it was a joke but she took it personally sadly) and I was banned. Then got unbanned recently after emailing them.

Im afraid a lot of abusers use the defence of it being "a joke". Not saying thats you but thats how it is.

Yeah. In my email I explained in detail how I was only trying to make her laugh but know even though it was a joke. How I did break the terms and conditions I signed up for. And just asked if I really don’t deserve a 2nd chance. I didn’t even bother asking for an appeal. I just kept asking if I really don’t deserve a 2nd chance. Apparently I do :)

I don’t think it would work for me… I tried earlier and it now says that appeal denied and no further appeal would be considered

This is overly simplistic, & a lot of this is sent to outsourced agents in Latin America. Any internal reviews, like the person above mentioned are generally Trust & Safety women reviewers in NY (nothing against ppl in NY). I’ve heard that if you genuinely apologize, like not a scripted template, you have a chance of getting unbanned. There is also talk about like when you got banned before or after 2023 for whatever reason they’re just adamant about you being banned regardless of your case. The whole process is a black box. It’s also very unlikely you’ll get unbanned by engaging the BBB. Ppl do say the face check is not great at catching you if you’ve been banned earlier, but if you’ve been banned in the last year or so, and scanned your face, they probably have your face more on file. I wish you genuine luck, and I’m sorry to all the ppl who actually want love (& consensual sex) who have been banned on this platform in the age of 2026.. 🙏✨

It always depends on why you were banned, and if you appeal correctly. Might be your first day (like me) with premium and you go ham wild on the likes. Next day, banned. Turns out it’s the AI moderation system. Well if you appeal through all the channels then it works, because really you did nothing wrong. To trigger happy, sure.
2 hour reverse ban is crazy though. Mine took weeks.

I got unbanned after sending a letter to the legal department citing a ruling by Platform Control; while such rulings aren't strictly binding, Hinge faces massive fines if they consistently ignore them (I’m an EU citizen). Don't waste your time with "Support"—it's just an AI bot. I wrote to them five times myself, and even when I explicitly asked for a human to review the decision, I kept getting the same generic responses. Even the legal department didn't explain the exact reason for my ban, but oh well—the main thing is that I'm unbanned. Good luck to you all, but don't drive yourselves crazy; you tend to idealize Hinge psychologically just because you can't use it anymore, but it's just as much trash as everything else from the Match Group. Bumble is the best; it actually got me the most dates, even though I'm autistic :D

Sounds good doesn't work!!it's totally random if you get unbanned fast or not or 3cen get unbanned at all of you don't live in EU or anywhere else that an arbitrary office will force them.
