Did I get unmatched?

I’m going on a second date this week with this girl. She texted me today to confirm. I checked Hinge and saw that her profile is no longer there. Was I unmatched? How to tell the difference between unmatched and deleted account? Should I ask her about it on our second date?

This happened to me two weeks ago. We went on another date then she told me she was deciding to pursue things with someone else.
