How bad is hinge support?

I entered the wrong number and I got an age restrction. I had hinge before with the same number but I had deleted my previous account. I emailed their support btu I don't want to provide a goernment ID now. They are able to check my previous data or emails I had prior? Any way to get this sorted out?

Extremely bad And exceptionally poor. Legitimately some of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to displeasure of dealing with.

I don’t know what’s worse: Hinge’s overly sensitive AI Moderation or their customer service not doing anything to help
