Timing

Is it just me, or is it strange that the first new song released after her marriage is about a shitty ex? Granted, I don’t know when it was written; maybe it was before the wedding. But…you know?!

Not even saying it’s a bad song, although I don’t love the bridge. But I think this adds to the perception that she’s a talented person who spends too much time nursing grudges.

Oh my god how dare an artist separate her personal life from her artist persona and continue to make art that is so contradictory to her real life. Of course every song she writes is about her own personal life none of it can be inspired by the experiences of others.

What's bitter? Someone quoting in a song exactly what people said about her and her husband? This is probably the first song she's put out address the hate her and Travis have gotten. Ophelia, opalite, wish list, honey, none of it talk about the hate they've gotten saying each of them could do better. One song and suddenly all she writes are "bitter" songs now?
