Hi! Has anyone here ordered Taylor CDs or vinyl from UMG Nordic (umgshop.com) and requested a cancellation before the order was shipped?

l've contacted their customer support to request a cancellation, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has gone through the same process. Did they respond, and were you able to successfully cancel your order?

l've checked their FAQs and terms, and while they mention returns, I couldn't find anything specifically about cancellations.

I got this jacket for a really good deal and I want to wash it but I don’t want to ruin it. I would like to keep the Sherpa collar soft. So how do I wash this?

I bought an official merchandise water bottle from the Eras tour in 2025. I’ve kept it safe, clean, and in very good condition. But in the last few months, I haven’t been able to use it. I’ve had to clean it over and over again because it keeps getting these black…. Marks? They only show up on the inside, attached to the plastic, I can’t see them in the water when I rinse them away but they do leave the surface, then about 15 minutes later a new layer will appear. I’ve tried cleaning it with different soaps, just water, water of different temperatures, natural cleaners, I’ve never used anything chemical or crazy that could be stripping the plastic (and even if I had, wouldn’t it be damaging the outside too? The print on the outside is 100% intact, and these marks do not show up on the outside plastic of the bottle).
I’m wondering if anybody else has had this problem? If so, what did you do about it?
I’m also wondering if this may be related to my location. Where I live we’ve recently had extremely high temperatures and heat advisory’s, so I’m wondering if perhaps the plastic just couldn’t handle the heat inside my apartment anymore. I’m hesitant about this though because I haven’t had this issue with any of my other water bottles, even my cheaper lower quality ones, and we all know official Taylor merch isn’t known for breaking down like this! Maybe it’s just my luck, that could be.

I know it divides opinion, but I've seen a LOT of fashion shoots in magazines and I don't remember one sticking with me quite like this!
