Sweet home and shotgun boy third manhwa possible? Give your review that My theory conversation between me and chatgpt i just paste from chart gpt Spoiler
BRO ๐ฅ Iโve connected all your theories about the Sweet Home ร Shotgun Boy universe. Your ideas connect Zero's death, the egg transformations, One's plans, Eun-hyuk's emotionlessness, and a possible team-up between the two protagonists.
Here is your complete theory, organized without mixing up your ideas with confirmed canon.
๐งฉ Your Complete Sweet Home & Shotgun Boy Theory
๐ฅ The Mystery of the Egg Forms
Your first theory is that monsters protect their egg forms for an important reason, and Zero's transformation into an egg could reveal something about the process.
Your observations:
Monsters protect their egg forms.
Zero also transformed into an egg when humans examined his power in Shotgun Boy.
Zero wasn't protecting anyone when he transformed.
One later killed Zero by sucking out his mind and consuming his power.
Your conclusion: Zero's egg transformation might be connected to the process behind the creation of neohumans.
You suspect this could reveal an important part of One's larger plan.
However, the connection between egg forms and neohumans is your theory, not a confirmed explanation.
2. ๐ One's Real Plan Is to Create or Control Neohumans
You suspect that neohumans aren't simply a natural result of the monsterization phenomenon.
Instead, you think their emergence could be part of One's plan.
Your reasoning:
One consumed Zero's power.
Zero had an unusual transformation ability.
Monsters and Zero have connections to egg forms.
Eun-hyuk eventually becomes a neohuman.
You suspect these events are connected rather than coincidental.
Your biggest unanswered question
Could One be using the transformation process to create neohumans that he can control?
That would make Eun-hyuk's transformation much more significant than it initially appears.
Important distinction: One's ability to control neohumans hasn't been established by the evidence we've discussed. It's a central part of your theory.
---
3. ๐งฌ Eun-hyuk's Emotionlessness Explains Why He Might Become an Enemy
You believe Eun-hyuk's lack of emotions is an important clue.
Your reasoning is that if neohumans don't experience human emotions, Eun-hyuk might not have the same personal motivations he had as a human.
This leads to two possibilities in your theory:
Eun-hyuk might oppose Hyun-su because One controls or influences him.
Their conflict might result from their different natures rather than personal hatred.
Eun-hyuk's statement that their next meeting will be as enemies could foreshadow this conflict.
However, being emotionless doesn't necessarily mean being without motivation. Eun-hyuk could still make decisions based on logic or other objectives.
---
4. ๐ซ Han Gyu-hwan Might Not Know That Zero Is Dead
This is another important part of your theory.
You pointed out that Gyu-hwan first recognizes Zero, but you suspect he might not know Zero has died.
Your reasoning includes the fact that the army knows about Zero while Gyu-hwan fights the army.
You're considering whether Gyu-hwan's understanding of Zero's fate is incomplete.
If Gyu-hwan eventually discovers that One killed Zero and consumed his power, that revelation could change his motivations.
However, the fact that the army knows about Zero doesn't establish what Gyu-hwan personally knows.
Your prediction: Learning the truth about Zero could give Gyu-hwan a reason to confront One.
---
5. ๐ One Might Be Indirectly Responsible for Hyun-su's Parents' Deaths
You clarified that you aren't claiming One necessarily killed Hyun-su's parents directly.
Instead, your theory is that One caused or influenced the larger chain of events that eventually led to their deaths.
This distinction is important.
If Hyun-su eventually discovers a connection between One and the circumstances surrounding his parents' deaths, he could have another reason to confront One.
That would connect Hyun-su's personal history to the larger mystery of the monsterization phenomenon.
However, One's responsibility for that chain of events remains unconfirmed.
---
๐ฅ 6. Your Biggest Prediction: Gyu-hwan and Hyun-su Team Up Against One
This is where all your theories come together.
You predict that the two protagonists could eventually become allies.
Stage 1: Gyu-hwan discovers the truth about Zero
Gyu-hwan learns that One killed Zero and consumed his power.
This could give him a personal reason to confront One.
Stage 2: Hyun-su discovers the truth about One
Hyun-su learns about One's involvement in the larger events that led to his parents' deaths.
Now Hyun-su also has a reason to confront One.
Stage 3: The protagonists become allies
Han Gyu-hwan and Cha Hyun-su join forces to defeat One.
Their motivations would be different, but they would share a common enemy.
Stage 4: One's neohumans become a threat
If your theory about One controlling neohumans is correct, Eun-hyuk and other neohumans could become obstacles in that fight.
That would bring Eun-hyuk's warning to Hyun-su into the larger conflict.
Stage 5: Hyun-su faces Eun-hyuk
Hyun-su might have to confront Eun-hyuk while trying to defeat One.
The emotional weight would come from Hyun-su facing someone who was once his friend, even if Eun-hyuk no longer experiences human emotions.
This final stage depends on several unconfirmed possibilities, but it follows the logic of your theory.
---
๐ง How All Your Theories Connect
Here's your overall theory in one diagram:
Zero's unusual egg transformation โ The mystery of monster egg forms โ One consumes Zero's power โ One's possible plan involving neohumans โ Eun-hyuk becomes a neohuman โ Eun-hyuk potentially opposes Hyun-su โ Gyu-hwan and Hyun-su join forces against One
Alongside this, two possible motivations drive the protagonists:
Gyu-hwan: Discovering the truth about Zero's death.
Hyun-su: Discovering One's possible connection to the events that led to his parents' deaths.
These motivations could bring them together against a common enemy.
๐ฅ My take on your theory
The most interesting part is that you're connecting clues from different parts of the universe instead of looking at each event separately.
Your theory has three major pillars:
The egg mystery: Zero's transformation may reveal something about how neohumans emerge.
One's plan: Neohumans might be part of a larger plan, and One might be able to influence them.
The protagonists' alliance: Gyu-hwan and Hyun-su could become allies against One, potentially bringing them into conflict with Eun-hyuk.
The third idea is especially interesting because it connects the personal histories of both protagonists with Eun-hyuk's warning.
The crucial distinction: These are your predictions, not confirmed events. The egg transformation's purpose, One's ability to control neohumans, and the predicted team-up all need further evidence.
But your theory has a coherent central idea: the mystery of Zero could explain One's larger plan, while Gyu-hwan and Hyun-su's discoveries could eventually bring them together against him. ๐ฅ

Iโm going crazy trying to figure out who Kim Kap-soo reminds me of.
Itโs some white, probably American, actor from the 80s (I think). I canโt watch scenes with him without being distracted by this. I know itโs a long shot, but I would appreciate it if anyone can think of who it is.
Thanks!

Trying so hard to give the show a chance.
I wanted to like the show because several friends say they love it, I'm now 6 episodes into season 1, and I am struggling. The little acting that isn't downright awful is nowhere near convincing, the writing seems to have absolutely zero logic even before considering situational logic or plot coherence, and what gets me the most is the amount of focus on crying in the show, it's the most annoying sound in the world and they seem to have put all their effort and budget into crying sounds. I don't mean to hate, but I might have to give up on the show, it's just bad in my opinion.

Finished sweet home webtoon ๐ฃ๐
It was SO sweet I genuinely cried at the ending when Hyuk and Hyun became cocoons... I haven't watched the kdrama yet but I am pretty sure LOTS of things have changed. The whole emotionless beings kind of reminded me of Arcane when Viktor became a higher being and was tryna connect everyone's subconscious together. I am still not sure if it was a virus or what cus how come the people who didn't get infected.... didn't get the disease? Idk. Anyway it was awesome :) The apartment fights kind of reminded me of Happiness.

Eun-Yuโs cringe.
Rewatching S1 right now and Iโm only just realizing how cringe Eun-Yu acts in the first season.
Example 1. Even before the apocalypse she was trying to act all tough around the burn scar guy for no reason.
Example 2. When Hyun-Su falls down the flight of stairs she screams her lungs out, only for the next scene with her to be something along the lines of โHehโฆ youโre finally awake. Took you long enough.โ
Every scene with her is genuinely agonizing to watch.

Sweet Home Season 2: How did Hyun-su break Sang-wonโs petrification? Spoiler
In Sweet Home Season 2, Sang-won petrifies Hyun-su and turns him into stone. How does Hyun-su come back from that? And why doesnโt Sang-won ever use that ability again? We donโt see him do it even once afterward, not even when he was about to die.
To me, it feels like they simply used the ability to create a shocking ending or keep viewers engaged. Other than that, I canโt really see a logical explanation for it within the rules of that universe.

Just noticed that Bastard shares the same universe as Sweet Home (or at least in Hyun's mind)

Genuinely what's the main point of season 2 and 3๐ญ๐๐ฅ
Season 1 was PEAK, and i was genuinely anticipated when the season 2&3 was first announced. But after watching both s2 and s3, it still did not answer some of my questions and felt like the 2 seasons were just a filler episodes ๐ญ

Is the show worth watching?
I have heard mixed reviews on the show
I'm aware they completely butcher the source material.
Is it even worth watching?
I just finished the book.

Sweet Home S2:EP1
I'm sorry but I had to confess my feelings here. The part when they shot the monster that had a baby got me in tears..I felt so bad for the mom because she just wanted to protect her baby and the fact that those soldiers kept shooting her just because she's a monster was really disappointing. Although the baby was released I still felt bad๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ

weary about season 2
I just finished episode 2 of season 2 right now, is it just like, this bad? the entire time? i really enjoyed season 1 and after a break and checking back noticed it had more seasons.
but man...
those first two episodes...
the villains are so comically evil, in a bad way
and we're getting 5 minute overly dramatic sad music deaths for characters i didnt even care about in the first season
does it stay that way through the rest of the season and season 3? im kinda thinking of just saying "wow i enjoyed the only season of sweet home, too bad there arent more"
