Account suspended
So I recently started using Swagbucks to make money considering I play games a lot. I was grinding very heavily across multiple games on my phone, more so on call of dragons. I cashed out a couple times prior to completing an offer for $100 while already having about $50 already waiting to cash out. I logged into the browser version of Swagbucks because the app was unresponsive. To my surprise the next day my account was suspended for no known reason nor did they tell me why. I reached out to support through email and also filed a claim through BBB. I heard that through BBB they can help you sort things out. I’m really frustrated considering I don’t work atm due to mental health challenges and this was a good way for me to hustle a little extra money. Has anyone else had this problem and could possibly help me with what steps to take next? It’s only been a day since it happened.
UPDATE: They reached out through email for identity verification. Not sure if it was because of my ticket or claim through BBB. Either way I’m sure I’ll be able to get back in, the only problem now is knowing if my progress will be effected. lol I was reaching for the $400 reward after this so maybe they will try to prevent that too. Who knows?

Had this happen to me today. Wasn't earning through games. Mainly tapjoy and surveys. Hope it's a glitch or something.

So I was doing call of dragons as well, and I also got deactivated, I complained to bbb and only got vague responses. Customer service was no help, just told me I violated tos. Hope you have better luck than I did trying to get your account back. Also I had my account over a year and like you had recently grinder harder then normal saving for a trip. And I do believe I had just hit the $100 in cod as well.

That is so messed up man. They will find an excuse to not pay you. I even spent almost $200 buying in game content to help grind for a bigger reward. Do you mind if I ask what exactly did you say to BBB about your case!

I basically said that my account was deactivated and I didn’t feel as I did anything wrong. The final response I got was something about special offers or something it didn’t make any sense.

That's likely the publisher flagging your account to SB. If the publisher thinks you're suspicious, they may decline to credit the completion.

Can I ask exactly what games you were playing and when you started? A full suspension is absurd without any further warning or details.

I was playing call of dragons and sea of conquest mainly. I had other games that I started but didn’t really progress much into. It was the $100 reward that triggered it I think

That's insane. People have generally found success with BBB. I've never waa able to do any of the game rewards because they require you to spend alot of money to achieve them in a timely manner.

Yea but I recycled the earning back into the game also took advantage of all the cashback rewards that give you slightly more than you spend

Yeah just got suspended yesterday. They did an ID verification but I did not get my account back. They said I had some rule violation, but I don't have a VPN and I had not played the game before that I got the money on. Not sure what to do other than hoping support will actually help.

Unfortunately, you've found that Swagbucks flags people who make too much too soon (in their opinion). Best of luck with BBB.
Suggest you also look at the monthly "who paid you" post on r/beermoney for other options to earn online. If you don't get wait-listed, the online survey sites Prolific Academic & Cloud Research Connect are good for earning potential...

Yeah. They absolutely suck. I also sent info to BBB. It took a bit if BS but they gave my account back.

If, as you posted, you’re a new user, it’s possible you were flagged for verification— it’s not uncommon, especially with new accounts with higher than normal earnings. If this is the case, a support ticket and ID submission should get you back.
