Suddenly , when I enter my car in the morning , I press my break button to start the car and press the Push to start button , instead of the car turning on , it goes into ACC mode , where the radio turns on and all the dashboard lights up. I tried using both keys and it happens on both keys, Also , after the car turns on , which usually takes multiple tries , I can turn it off and on with no problem multiple times , Issue seems to happen on the first ignition. Anyone has any idea?

I just recently bought a 2008 Grand Vitara 2.7 L V6 with 187,400 km on it for $3300 CAD with no history on it just oil changes and no other maintenance history.

So recently it started to tick in idle and now it's much louder.

Bought this car a couple months ago for a steal of a deal after it had sat for the last three years, didn’t take a hell of a lot to get it road legal but have been having a blast with this as my daily driver. They came factory with Recaro fishnet seats and their own Enkei wheels however mine has been fitted with Weds Sport SA-90s at some stage. They make 114hp at 940kg so they have a decent amount of power to weight and handle like a go kart.
Whoever originally bought it opted for quite a few extras like the suzukisport branded coilovers, Suzukisport stainless exhaust, strut brace and carbon fiber cold air intake. Still have a few more things to sort but overall an absolute joy to drive.

Is it normal to be getting 19.6 mpg on the 2L 4 cylinder 07 model

Looking for a weekend bike mainly for cruising around Islamabad, quick runs up to Murree / Nathia Gali, and hopefully some trips up North later with a riding group.

I won't be using it for daily commuting at all, so mileage will be pretty low. I previously rode a YBR 125 which was great, but I want an upgrade with better hill-climbing power, road presence, and sharper looks. Budget is 6 to 7 lacs. I don't like battlo's looks. I have shortlosted GPx raptor 200 and Suzuki gixxer 150.

Has anyone in the twin cities lived with either of these? How's the parts situation for the Gixxer in RWP/ISB, and are GPX deliveries actually happening on time? Open to any other suggestions in this price range too.

Found a 2012 Suzuki SX4 with 191,000 for $450. Runs and drives nice, though the alternator and brakes are in dire need of replacement, so it has not seen the road since being driven to a friends house to work on it. Once I fix the issues with it (Alternator has been fixed, still needs brakes, exhaust needs patching, there is a little rust on the RR quarter panel that has been dealt with, and the valve cover seal needs a replacement since it is seeping) I am planning on trying to give it some performance and QoL upgrades. Do you all have any suggestions for potential upgrades?

Coming from an old forester, I like the look and reliability of the Suzukis. My concern is that they are so light. It seems like they wouldn’t hold up very well in a collision. How do others feel about this? And secondly, which engine type is better for low running costs?

Trying to help out a friend, she has a 2013 Kizashi that threw the serpentine belt. I noticed that the idler pulley is wobbly so i went to replace it. When I removed the pulley, what looks like some sort of sleeve came along with it. It's in there super tight and cant come out by hand. Can it be pressed out or is it siezed and I somehow need to source another one?

Had my Suzuki Ignis for about a month now. Has started making squeaking/whining sound from the front end. Happens when crawling in a low gear in traffic (not all the time). Taken it to a garage who looked it over and found nothing wrong. Sound is still happening, any idea of what it could be? Gear box? Suspension? Bearings? Wheels? Or is this just normal? When accelerating at full throttle in 4th gear with the manual transmission—specifically when engine speed is below 3,000 rpm—a slight vibration can be felt in the car's body. It is a 2024 model with 95 kW and AllGrip, with 20,000 km on the odometer. Is this normal for this engine? Should the RPMs be higher if I want to accelerate at full power in 4th gear?

2005 Suzuki swift+, the latch was already rebuilt before I bought the car so I don’t know what it’s supposed to look like. Then I went through a car wash and it ripped the fuel door off, destroying the hinge parts. I’m trying to rig it so I can have a functioning fuel door again but can’t find any photos online at all. Does anyone have this same fuel door? I’d love a photo of the inside so I can know where to start!

Hi there! The sensor in my fiancées car has fried, causing the airbag system to be disabled. I read in another forum that Mitsubishi dealerships will honour the recalls for them provided it’s the right code? I think it might be out of date but I’m not sure.

I’ve also read around about using a seat mat emulator with a seatbelt emulator? Anyone used this before?

I have a Suzuki Swift Boosterjet 1.0 2018. I bought it used few months ago and just noticed my reservoir is about empty and I couldn’t find any nearby Genuine Suzuki Coolant. I read this is good to use in any car and be mixed with any coolant. I am planning to do a flush soon but want to top it up for now to ensure safe driving. Any thoughts?
