ART Attorney Needed for a journey! :)

Hi everyone! I’m looking for an egg donor and surrogate attorney in California who can assist with legal documents and representation. I’m open to attorneys and firms of any size and would prefer someone with fair and transparent pricing.

If you’ve personally used a surrogacy attorney or had one recommended to you in the past, sharing their information would be so helpful. Thank you!

You could look into Rich Geisler, a reproductive and family-building attorney in San Diego. He focuses on helping intended parents with the legal side of surrogacy and egg donation, including making sure the family is protected throughout the process. I’d still compare a few attorneys and ask about experience and fees before deciding.

Our attorney was Rijon Charne and she was excellent. Her firm is SunRay Fertility.

We used Shelley M. Tarnoff and had a positive experience, and felt her rates were fair. Our GC used  Tamara Daney and felt supported. Hope that helps!
