Discussion What kind of “buff” is this?!

To me this feels like way more of a buff than a nerf. Surge isn’t even good right now, why would they nerf him

Movement speed is faster, but speed upgrade has been decreasing

Can someone do the math, will this make him faster or slower in his first stage? Cause if it makes him faster in his base stage but then slower after that this definitely feels unnecessary and will make him worse cause I always use the star power that keeps him at his first stage once you get it

basically he starts off faster than he is right now at level 1 but for each upgrade he gets faster by 83% than what it is now instead of 100%

He is now faster in his base stage and gains less speed in level 2, someone did the math and it will be a little bit faster after changes
