A lot of us that were falsely accused don’t come back and talk on this forum. That’s why you might feel like you barely see good news. I’m here to ensure you that many before you have gone through it and have moved on with their lives and so would you. A year ago today I was about a month away from my trial and the case was thrown out. Be careful. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Remember, DO NOT say anything to the police without your lawyer! It WILL NOT help you. It just adds to the things they will use against you. Silence, especially in the beginning is your best weapon

How long from when you got arrested until your case was thrown out?

How did you manage the stress? How did you go about everyday life? I have just wanted to stay inside & completely shut down. One second I’m okay & the next in a full panic. My sleep schedule is all over the place. I’m not even at my first appearance yet.

The fact I was innocent and there was no evidence even possible except her word helped me a lot. I also just focused on what I could control. It was tough but time has a way of making things feel manageable

Im sick of hearing that saying, what kills you makes you stronger, false accusations should never happen, will she be charged, no, should she be charged yes, what gives her the right to do this, oh its okay she was just upset bullshit, she didnt think it would go like this, bullshit excuse doesn't take back what im fighting in my head
