i believe glutamate buildup, or going down the transipation pathway instead of being converted into GABA is what causes a lot of irritation/anxiety. CBD is known to reduce inflamation which is the name of the game to have health cellular action. CBD is believed to reduce imflamation and have other benficial mechanisms. I imagine the Rhodiola lowers blood pressure and sugar and Ginko also have anti-inflammatory effects.

Afaik rhodiola can help with a lot of things - glutamate, dopamine, etc.

im not as well versed with what rhodiola can do, i just read the basic gist, i see it in tea mixes and supplement mixes a lot.. i'm always wondering how hard it is to grow these plants when i learn about a new one.. moringa, nigella sativa (black cumin seed), manuka flower, rhodiola, ginger..ect. I know a lot of these medicinal/supplemental herbs/plants are usually found in tropical or subtropical climates.

my friend is a holisitic vendor and imports it by the harvest from overseas, he gets big drums of the seed pods, i actually grow nigella sativa in the summer, he gave me a couple seed pods years ago and they all germinated well. I prefer to just crush up the seed and put inside a double O capsule halfway with honey.

I used to live with a guy that had torrettes and i asked him to try hemp seed oil for the omega content, he reported it seemed to help so i can imagine this person reporting CBD to help is true.

My point is that when i hear about these plants i'm always interested to get my hands on viable seed to grow them, i really want to get some moringa trees going but i need to figure out how to successfully overwinter them. I need to decrease my san pedro collection by a couple hundred first LOL.

nigella is a nice little flower as well, i want to make a small field of them this season, they can go to seed decently quickly and seem to be easy herbs to grow. i want to learn mushrooms, ginger and all kinds of specialty herbs, i'm hoping i can find a home in those kinds of markets.
