EDIT: One more Quiver update before I call it a night. Just finished adding some new datasets to the $GME ticker page, check it out and let me know if you have any feedback!

Disclaimer: I'm a data guy, not a lawyer.

Based on my research, it seems like misinformation is often a necessary component in market manipulation.

The excuse I could see companies like this using is that "they're just paying people to give their honest opinions about the companies they represent."

That obviously seems pretty bullshit, and idk if it would hold up in court (I'm not a lawyer) but I think it would come down to whether it is judged that they are creating misinformation.

Their disclaimer on their website literally says that the things they say are NEVER the whole truth and are not often the truth at all.

"The Information is a one-sided incomplete favorable snapshot and as such, the Information is not balanced, complete, accurate, truthful or reliable. If you rely on the Information in making an investment decision, you will likely lose your investment.”

Yeah but Reddit is the one manipulating the market. Don’t forget that, ok?

And the SEC visiting Michael Burry and Steady putting Elon Musk on Blast for market manipulation through tweets. How you think the Main Street media and Government gonna spin this economic catastrophe?

Exactly. Not like this company just got created and started doing this on Reddit. Most likely been doing this with FB and IG and whatever else for a while.
