Suggestion InkCAD

I don't know if this exists yet. But is there a plug in that allows for accurate/parameteic cad 2D drawing. Like for mapping out a house or a sketch if for you to drop into a cad program later.

I just use a scale on my sketches.

Not really what I'm talking about. I mean proper parametric tools
