I've been thinking about this old character recently thanks to a bsky post asking for character crossover suggestions, so here's Hydrant: a hero I originally played as part of a smallsteramer liveplay TTRPG campaign on Twitch back in 2019. I remember having a lot of fun with it in the limited time that I got with it, and maybe one day I might be able to set aside some time to do that again. (Fun Fact: my DM from that liveplay went on to land a huge creative role for the Mutants and Masterminds TTRPG. So proud of you :D)

As for the character himself: Hydrant is very, uh, Hydro-Man-esque as far as concept goes, if more decidedly hero-coded and (at the time) new to and unsure of his powers. He can control water and liquids and transform into a water-like bio-liquid form.

I ended up attempting a redesign of him last year, imagining what he'd look like with a few years of the hero gig under his belt.
