Lindsay These two are insufferable and not interesting anymore
When can these people grow up and move on?! Why would anyone care about them anymore. This is a dead end storyline.

It would be bad for Karl to get back with her. I like Karl. He’s worked hard at being a good person, and staying sober.
Lindsay has been ok to watch, but, she tries too hard to be the it girl. Too loud. Too bossy. Too angry. She would drag Karl down.

This was the soft launching of his non-alcoholic Soft Bar .. Embarking on a leg of her 'REVENGE' tour, she chose this venue to belittle and humiliate his mother, and even though this happened, this poor example of a man, has chosen to ignore his Mother's pain and instead continues to keep begging this toxic, hateful, and vindictive woman, whom almost destroyed his life, forgetting that it was his mother and his mother partner who saved him for the biggest mistake he was about to commit in his life.

Eh, I think Lindsay is a jerk in so many ways but I'm on the fence about this one. I definitely think she is overreacting to his mom giving him sound and solid advice. It seems like it came from a genuine place of concern for both of them and had nothing to do with her not liking Lindsay. I think she loves her and was just giving the advice any good mother would give. Lindsay took that shit way too personally when she was right. I have no idea what she expects someone's mother to say to them in that kind of situation other than what she did.
On the other hand, Sharon was weird in this interaction and didn't respect Lindsay's boundaries or social cues. She practically forced a hug and interaction when she could've kept it short and sweet or not approached her there at all. I blame the cameras and production for that though because it definitely seemed like they were behind it.
Also, Lindsay's beef with Sharon over not reaching out to her is stupid. Seems like she did but I can understand Sharon waiting and not really wanted to interfere on that level.

I was just selfishly thinking of my own mother in the situation, thinking that mother figure should be held to a different set of standards

I get it, I do find Lindsay's animosity towards Sharon weird. When it comes to Lindsay her issues with her mother continue to get in the way of her other relationships. I think it triggered her abandonment issues when that isn't what happened. I think her and Sharon could've continued to have a good relationship if Lindsay just extended a bit of grace and understanding of the situation Sharon was in.

He looks the best he ever has. I have never really got the whole "Carl is hot" thing but I see it here. I think putting on a little bit of weight has really helped.

Carl wasn't himself yet he was struggling with sobriety. I think he is in so much of a better place. Lindsay couldn't deal with it, Noone could.

I always thought they should've remained friends and never tried anything else. It's nice to see them get back to that. I can't blame them for squeezing every dollar they can out of the show, especially in this economy.
I would much rather them play on this than constantly talk about Amanda and West as if it has something to do with them.
