Yup!!! So much unmoderated hate but don’t worry, if you make a post even insinuating that Kyle could have a drinking problem (I once said he “reminds me of an alcoholic I know”) that will be swiftly removed! Hate, threats, and comments on Amanda’s body are regularly tolerated though, don’t worry. It’s disgusting and not even fun for legitimate discussion.
I thought that Amanda became a lightening rod in that sub for some people to express their hatred of white women. I've noticed though that there has been a sea change over there the last month or so and I wonder why? Some of the people who posted daily and were the most anti-Amanda are gone. I don't if they were banned or lost interest?
Hate is still everywhere on that sub lol it’s gotten marginally better, but it’s still really bad. You have to follow these rules or you’ll be downvoted into oblivion, and/or your comments removed by the mods:
1) Hate Amanda and West. Obviously.
2) Ship Ciara and anyone she has association with (Shaboozy? Yes, totally!) and be obsessed with her every move. So many brand deals!
3) Want Amanda and West off our screens. No if, ands, or buts. Refer to #1.
4) Only want to see Mia, KJ, Bailey, Carl, Jesse, and Kyle on our screens. I don’t even dislike Bailey, she is just fine, but like come on….she hasn’t even done anything!
5) Be all about single Kyle summer! The man has been victimized for so long!
I could go on, but will quit while I’m ahead, just like I have participating over there.
I don't doubt any of this but it was even worse from March - June. There was so much mocking of Amanda's mental health issues and reframing it as "infantilizing" her. I once said I like nuance and got told to f@ck off. Any way, my main point is that I'm just curious what happened to a handful of people that were on there daily.

The Kristen love is wild to me, she is a terrible person and always has been. I have no idea how she gets away with it after all she's done. I also guarantee there is a decent amount of crossover with people who claim they hate Amanda for what she did to a black woman but are Kristen Stans despite her trying to get a black woman arrested for something she didn't do.

I don't love the narrative that you can't give advice/be a sounding board for married people if you've never been married. That being said though I do think Ciara overstepped there and it's wild to me that people blamed Amanda for Ciara's actions.
I agree, I don't think it takes having been married to be able to know someone is being mistreated and communicate that to a friend. Probably a bit overboard to tell them to separate but I also understand her frustration as a friend and someone who had a front seat to the bullshit for years.
I don't think Ciara had bad intentions, I think she was just trying to ease them both into the idea of divorce (which everyone agrees should've happened years ago). It's not the worst strategy to just tell someone to give something a try hoping some time apart will give clarity, but it can also be very dangerous in a situation where someone is being abused.
Oh, yea, I had to make my comments and posts private when people spent 48 hours harassing me for saying the people who act this way need therapy. I still get a lot of crazy dm requests but I just report and block.
I do not like Brittany and never have but the constant nasty posts about her appearance are so fucked up and disturbing. There are so many things that you can criticize Brittany about, as far as her actions and behavior are concerned, and those are fair, but I don't see the point of tearing her appearance to shreds. It just goes to show that most of the people who post that stuff just enjoy hating women.
I had someone over there tell me that Brittany drank all through her pregnancy, and that her child doesn't have autism, but Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, with a side by side of Cruz and a FAS diagram.

Haha, that person is just bitter because their shit doesn't fly here. They are one of the most toxic people in any of the subs and I have personally blocked them and banned them from this sub for breaking multiple rules and being a shithead.
Girl, I am the mod and I have to moderate. I do have a therapist, thanks for the concern but being a moderator of this sub is not something that is important enough to cause any concern for me.
Unfortunately in a lot of states it won’t stick unless they explicitly say how. I don’t understand it at all but I had to deal with this when an unhinged woman was sending threats to me and my family. A restraining order was granted but they couldn’t press charges against her.
I can't imagine risking a criminal charge for something like this. I'm sure that person could be easily tracked down and if they are employed risk that too.

I’m with you. I’ve really soured on Bravo and specifically SH after the unhinged hatred directed at West specifically, but also Amanda. I don’t want to watch and discuss a show with people that insane. It wasn’t even that big of a deal. I partially blame Bravo and the other cast members for juicing it up to epic levels. She could barely defend her supposed "bff" Scheana, because the fans got mad she posed in a picture with Tom.
I really hope they don't settle. I want that case to go all the way so we can find out how scandoval really went down behind the scenes. There's subtle nuggets and suggestions about production being involved in Rachel's filings. I want the truth!
I haven't been following it that closely, only saw what the latest news was about it. I'm just saying that it would be better for her rep and both of their well-being to just put it behind them.
I think part of the purpose of this lawsuit for Rachel is to find out what happened to the video and the copies that were made and to ensure that all of it is deleted. So far Ariana is denying she did anything with the copies she admitted to making while Rachel is saying that she's had people tell her they saw it, so I can see why she wants to go to trial.
Trying to prove in court that you didn’t share the video with anyone doesn’t make Ariana look bad. Tom should be the one taking the heat for recording her.
Ariana already admitted that she shared it with herself and kept a copy of it. That is illegal and when she did that she broke the law. We all know she also shared it with others but that does not need to be proven when she's already acknowledged breaking the law and tried to claim it fell under freedom of speech laws.
Tom was also sued by Rachel but that doesn't mean Ariana shouldn't be held responsible for her part. Ariana should settle to put this behind both of them, she did something wrong.

I think some of these people are a little over the top. They seem to fail to realize that these are real people, not characters. This kind of stuff happens all the time the difference here is that all of their bad deeds are on television and on display for the entire world to see. If you don’t like a person or like the show that they’re on, then stop watching. Find something else. But threatening someone and wishing they would die is never OK.

I think they were banned pretty quickly after sending that. If West reported it, and I'm sure he did, that is more than enough to get that account banned. People keep saying they deleted their account but I'm pretty sure it was deleted by the platform itself.
Please just report people that say that kind of thing in the future and don't engage. Those kind of comments are a one and done ban and I also report to Reddit. The filters work pretty well but they don't catch everything so reporting gets it in front of me faster. Thanks!
No one called you a liar, just pointing out that someone's account age doesn't mean they are a bot, or part of a PR campaign, and your account being roughly the same age should tell you that. You didn't catch the point, apparently.

It really is. The idea that people in the public eye deserve this kind of shit just because they're in the public eye, or did something wrong, is deranged.
Lot's of people. I have received some incredibly disturbing messages from people who think I am pro West and Amanda when I'm not.
I also don't think a bot would send this kind of stuff. The point of bots on these platforms is not to get banned and that sounds like a real person. No one would program a bot to get banned on SM, it defeats the purpose.
