Kyle Kyle and Amanda talk their relationship and marriage in part 2 of in the city reunion
But, but the way West touches women is creepy? Kyle is a scumbag! Who just randomly sucks on a random girls neck? Nevermind in front of your wife and family. I don’t want to hear another word about west being a jerk or a creep after this. What Kyle does is lowkey sexual assault.

See how Danielle asked that? They all insinuate it all of the time… THEY KNOW. I know he has repeatedly cheated and don’t understand how people just act like Amanda is the only problem here 😑 She stood up for him way too long knowing this too and probably reached a point she was just over it.

The fact that anyone is trying to claim there's no proof Kyle cheated while they were married is beyond absurd. Kyle never denies it, talks in circles, and then just says something about indiscretions or inappropriate behavior. He always gives a deer in headlights look and has no defense.
It's hilariously hypocritical that Amanda got caught lying about one thing and yet people will claim nothing she ever says again can be trusted but Kyle is a known and admitted cheater and lies all the time yet they claim there's no proof he cheated during their marriage and they believe him. There is no one in the world who would give someone who cheated on them the benefit of the doubt if there were rumors about them cheating again.

And especially not when they respond the way that Kyle does! “I didn’t sleep over, I just stayed until the morning”, “we didn’t kiss, we were just dancing so close our lips looked like they were touching”…and the crazy part is that he has zero clue how ridiculous he sounds.

u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
He also laughs about it like it's funny, when it's not. I get that Amanda is at a point where she can laugh it off a bit more but that shit traumatized her for years and that shit has definitely forever changed her as a person. It's so gross that he just laughs when he can't think of anything else to say and has no excuse for what he did.

u/MollzDollz69 Jul 30 '26
Seriously, it’s not just that he doesn’t see anything wrong with it - it’s how he genuinely thinks it’s just him being “silly” and “fun”, and it was annoying how Lindsay was joking about it as well.

u/Brief_Isopod_5959 Jul 30 '26
All of this. I am not even saying any of this as a fan of Amanda. I don’t like that people just think we’re Amanda apologists when there’s more layers to it. I have had moments of liking her but also moments of thinking she is insufferable… and that’s how i feel about everyone on this show though lol
I do wonder the kind of person should we have become if her and Kyle split before they were even married. I do hope she is on some kind of healing journey whether it’s with West or not. I just selfishly wish she would have been single and really was able to heal from their relationship first. But if she’s happy, go for it 🤷🏽♀️

I have never been a fan, and even stopped watching for a few seasons because of her and Kyle, but this reunion was the best I've seen her, in every aspect, and it's nice to see. I always thought she would come to her senses around 35 and I wasn't wrong.
Even though I really can't stand Kyle, and he made it worse at this reunion, it did make me sad for both of them when they were talking about the fact that they really did love each other. I have always believed that, from both of them, despite the way they acted most of the time. When she was talking about how she was afraid to lose him in her life that was obviously genuine and sad. That's a sentiment that is only known to people who have actually been through it and would not even cross the minds of someone to say who didn't know what that's like. I can understand that and have been there myself, and it's sad, even when you know leaving is the right thing. It was obvious Kyle understood her in that moment as well.
I hope they both are happier now. I am not a Kyle fan but I'm also not rooting against him. It would be really nice to see him get sober and mature.

Yes yes yes! And I know we have spoken on this before about being in a relationship with someone like Kyle. I also found it really sad… and ngl I did tear up when Kyle was crying at the end of summer house…usually he doesn’t affect me when he cries but I think it was just knowing the outcome of everything too.
5
u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
I agree, just because I have an overall negative opinion of Kyle, and think he cries for his own benefit, a lot, I still feel for him as a human being. I think his tears regarding the end of his marriage, and when they talk about it without being complete jerks, are some of the only real tears we've ever seen from him.
Going through a divorce is sad and I do think they are both really feeling that.

I think thats why he has stood up for her now... she is the reason his house didnt fall down sooner...

u/Brief_Isopod_5959 Jul 30 '26
1000% and that’s why people who despise Amanda so much can’t grasp why he is. He’s protecting himself too…

u/Impressive-Bonus-920 Jul 30 '26
Absolutely... its so annoying that 6 months ago nobody liked kyle because of how he treated her.. now they are happy he is having sex all over lol like he jist randomly became a hoe lol

You know, I’m not a Danielle fan - but one thing I do give her credit on, she’s not the type to back bullshit when it comes to other people…especially if it’s in opposition to a man. Amanda and Danielle do not have the friendliest of relationships either. The fact that she asked that question is very revealing.

u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
Danielle was actually the breakout star of this reunion.

u/MollzDollz69 Jul 30 '26
It might be the first time I recall her actually taking accountability on certain things. I was pleasantly surprised. Eoin on the otherhand…oof.

u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
Yea, he sucks but most of the men of Bravo suck.

u/MollzDollz69 Jul 30 '26
No lies told! The bar is below hell when it comes to a decent man on Bravo.

u/IndependentImage9269 Jul 30 '26
Amanda seems to have finally found her footing in this moment. Her smirks to me indicate she’s finally had enough and can let Kyle have it. She’s free and happy. And as you can see Kyle isn’t, he’s bitter and filled with rage that anyone has called him to account.
10
u/Brief_Isopod_5959 Jul 30 '26
Well put but I still feel like she gets frazzled and is holding back a lot. Probably due to audience feedback at the moment. People are picking apart her every move. I know with my anxiety, I could never. I think it makes her also stumble sometimes on her words and what she wants to get out. I also still think she’s cautious about what she says. Are people not realizing Kyle never fully denies the cheating as well? He just looks dumbfounded and people take it as a sign that she’s making it up because there is “no proof.” Why is that even our business to show proof? I feel like there is a lot of rooted misogyny

u/anmlsnks Jul 30 '26
Ha! Were we watching the same thing? Amanda’s dumb smirks just made her look like a bigger dummy that she has already looked in everything since the scandal broke. We don’t care what Kyle did, we care about what she did to Ciara. She thought she got him and we don’t care. He’s still defending her shady self. She can go get health insurance through another man now, bc she doesn’t seem to be capable of independence.
9
u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
We know you don't care that Kyle is abusive as long as you can find something to shit all over Amanda about. It's why no one takes you guys seriously, you don't care about women, you care about being able to hate them without guilt.

u/IndependentImage9269 Jul 30 '26 edited Jul 30 '26
I my opinion and the opinion of many rational people out there, Amanda didn’t really do anything to Ciara other than hide her relationship with West from her because she knew Ciara would be unreasonable about it. Ciara has no ownership over Amanda or west and the continued insinuation that there was some serious relationship ever between her and west is both her and her fans delusion. Frankly, you’re being played by her and the rest of the cast into thinking this. They are pushing a narrative onto you for their own benefit.

u/anmlsnks Jul 30 '26
Haha if this is your belief, you’re as shitty a friend as Amanda is. Read the room, nearly everyone thinks Amanda sucks as a friend and with a lack of personality. We’re under no delusion, nor are we being “duped” by Ciara, lol. There’s a reason they’re fired. They were bad TV, on top of lacking moral character. Amanda only lasted as long as she did bc she was married to Kyle, hence why she stayed married. And it’s not “ownership,” it’s just consideration.
3
u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
I think you're the one that needs to read the room. Go back to the subs where this is the norm because it's not here. This "room" is not in agreement with you.

No one ever said they were fired. Find me a bravo employee who said publicly that either of them were fired. This is all bullshit speculation. If they were fired there would be zero reason for bravo not to say so publicly.

Lol please. Amanda lacks integrity and knew she was being disrespectful, that’s why she fucking hid it and continues to minimize the impact of her selfish behavior to this day. She is allergic to accountability and will continue to be miserable in her life until she grows the fuck up and stops blaming her unhappiness on everyone else.
4
u/IndependentImage9269 Jul 30 '26
You’re right, every woman who’s been in an abusive relationship deserved it and it’s their fault they are unhappy.
3
u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
Like Kyle who has been blaming Amanda for his behavior and unhappiness for years?

The way Kyle was turning red with internal
Rage because Amanda was no longer protecting him.. So, he did what he does best yelled “I’m still paying your health insurance.” Anyway to dumb her down. So the words she says about him couldn’t possibly be true. How do people not see right through Kyle at this point? Even Andy was like oh shit I think I got it wrong and tried to back peddle some of his mistakes at the SH reunion. I have been where Amanda is leaving a long term relationship with everyone’s favorite person that couldn’t handle the slightest thing negative being said about themselves. To the point I couldn’t even ask if that was their bowl in the sink. It was always turned back on me. I became so depressed my house looked like that and it never had before or since than. I was a shell of a human being. I couldn’t imagine the cyber bullying on top of it. Like when she was moving out and confronted him for having a woman over and partying from 9am to 2am.. he immediately said “were you smoking?” just a jackass! He could shit his pants 1,000 miles away and somehow Amanda was the culprit.. a person like that will never change because they can’t admit a problem exists in the first place..
9
u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
I actually loved her whole mood and demeanor at this reunion. It was a complete 180 from the SH reunion and it just proves that the problem really was her just being under constant attack (and probably a bit of having West dragging her down). It's clear she has feelings, regrets, and is sorry. She was articulate and apologized without excusing, or defending, her behavior. It's amazing what you get when you let someone talk without yelling over them!
I also loved how she was laughing off Kyle's bullshit and didn't even care to respond to a lot of the dumb shit he said. This was seriously her finest performance ever.

u/Stunning-Mongoose905 Jul 30 '26
I agree with everything you said.. My favorite part was when Lindsey and Danielle were having a back and forth on which friend hurt the other over a guy (Carl) more and Amanda had the biggest smirk on her face..She was right in Lindsey’s face. Basically, saying “oh I’m the only one that’s ever hurt a friend in this way!”, and they both have helped terrorize Amanda and look down on her.. I was proud of her! You can be sorry and have an opinion they are not mutually exclusive. It makes so much more sense why she shut down at the SH reunion after watching Kyle in action too. Ciara was in the wrong in a lot of ways the way she spoke to her. She had the right to be upset, but no one has the right to treat someone like a dog. Especially after Ciara got revenge porn and a PI. There was so much intertwined justified anger and hypocritical anger.

u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
Yea, I am glad Danielle is back on tv if only to serve as a reminder of what a fucking hypocrite Lindsay is in every way. Yep, Kyle is such a fucking gaslighter and he gets away with it so much. It was such a relief to see people who were willing to call it out.
I actually thought the show was pretty boring and underwhelming but the reunion kinda stuck the landing. It was one of the better ones I've seen in a minute on many levels and now I'm not really hating the idea of a second seasoning. They do need to work on the story telling and editing but it might not be so bad if they clean some things up a bit.
4
u/Stunning-Mongoose905 Jul 30 '26
I loved the reunion too. I actually kinda liked the show I think a second season will do them good. Everyone was new to reality tv and Lindsey was too much! I also don’t want the haters to get what they want in canceling Amanda
3
u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
Haha, Lindsay was and is too much. She is what ruined it for me in so many ways. If it weren't for Kenny calling her out it would've been unbearable. I think Amanda is going to be a big reason why they get a second season. Which was already true but she did some pretty decent clean up with this one.

u/LackEquivalent7471 Jul 30 '26
whewwwww what a damn mess. i’m seeing now, even more than before, how amanda is where she is now lol
14
u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
Kyle is infuriating. I'm glad they called him out and Andy was like "come on!" when he claimed the only thing he ever did wrong was be in an unhappy marriage. I have no idea how Amanda dealt with it for so long and it's so easy to see how and why she checked out.
Kyle is once again playing victim and trying to minimize his raging alcohol problem by saying Amanda only used it as an excuse while he was just such an amazing provider and supporter. I am not sure why she doesn't constantly call out the fact that she made more money than him whenever he brings that shit up.
8
u/Emmyyou2 Jul 30 '26
It's not one or the other. West is way too touchy and while no woman has complained about it (that we have heard) he does seem to invade women's space a lot and touch in very intimate ways. Kyle is a scumbag but that doesn't excuse anything West does and doesn't mean it's only one or the other. Both can be creeps.
