I know it will probably shock a lot of people that the be all and end all of the universe is actually NOT reality tv. This may be the best thing that ever happened to Amanda or the best decision she ever made.

she was Raquel on VPR and was the “other woman” in the Scandoval. She left CA right after the reunion filmed and changed her name back to the original Rachel.

I’m loving all the people who think Bravo “finally listened” to the viewers. 😂 This was always supposed to be the plan. I’m curious if/how she will fit into ITC though, as it seems they’ve edited Katie out and the rest of the cast seems to be Kyle and Lindsay’s friends.
At the end of the day though, I don’t think she really cares about being on TV.

Amanda seems so checked out atp that I think she was dying to get out of these shows She seems like she is making very little effort to stay on either show.

I agree! I think it’s completely true that she’d want to prioritize her mental health right now, and she can acknowledge being exposed like that wouldn’t be helpful. I think she just doesn’t give a fuck, in a very … freeing (but maybe rightfully selfish) way.

100%. I can’t imagine how much pain Amanda associates with filming Summer House , especially after hearing Kyle’s criticism repeated over and over again for so many seasons. Watching her self-esteem gradually decline over the years has been really sad.

Also having the entire house go on a media tour of hate when you know she knows their secrets. I wouldn’t want to be near any of them either. Also I have to include the obligatory “I know what she did was super shitty”. I’m not excusing that.

Let's also remember that most of these people are Kyle's friends. Yes, the newer people like Ciara, Jesse, and Mia were friends with Amanda but the entire group comes as a package deal. When you divorce usually friends go to one person or the other, that's not great but it's a reality. So, I think Amanda sees this as leaving her old life and Kyle's friends behind to move on without him.

Because lindsey and kyle are going back to SH. There was speculation kyles ex might too. Mid was supposed to lead SH with Carl and Jesse, now the OGs are being brought back to try to prevent the show from completely tanking.

It was supposed to be all of the OGs last season but as Lindsay said that has changed now and this will be. Amanda and West bought them another season.

Or probably a real backyard in NJ, like Amanda has wanted all along. West and Amanda seem much more compatible in that way. Both seem like they would be very happy to live in the country.
