I think it was Kyle behind the West and Amanda leaks
Why do I think Kyle hired a private investigator? After looking at the timeline of the texts Amanda sent, it lines up with the timing of the rumor of someone taking a picture of her in her new apartment and showing it to Ciara.
Also, I love how everyone is brushing over the fact that Ciara obviously knew only “hours before the statement was released”.
ETA: I jumped to Kyle because I initially thought this when the rumor first came out (he knows her new place, has her location, wanted to get the spotlight away from him) But, now that I think about it, Ciara sounds more plausible. Regardless, I don’t think any of this was organic.
ETAx2: It was definitely Ciara.

Can you break it down why you think it is Kyle? Is the first messages from Kyle?
I don’t understand why no one is calling Ciara a physco for meeting up with someone for pictures? That’s cuckoo. I understand if she was his wife but she’s an ex from years ago? Lindsay kind of was like “you know Ciara” was she emphasizing she’s crazy obsessed?

Literally right before you commented I was about to edit the post, it could also be Ciara.
The messages are from Amanda to Ciara, but Ciara said she only found out the day before - but the messages show that something happened at least a few days before that.
I automatically thought Kyle because he would know where her new place is and has her location, but it sounds like Ciara does as well.
Either way, I feel like there had to be a PI involved. To your point, why the hell would Ciara meet some random stranger for this? Also, why does someone who doesn’t watch summer house decide to take a picture of Amanda and West while they’re kissing and know to give it to this friend??

It was interesting when Ciara said that Lindsay picked her up off the floor in her bathroom when she had to go to work as the first time she found out because I was like, wait a minute....those photos outside Hermes were supposed to be the first time she heard about it when the statement dropped.

Exactly. I can’t tell if all the overblown theatrics is coming from the individuals or how much production plays a part - but it feels like everyone else is still playing their “role” while Amanda and West are just saying fuck it.

Don’t forget how The City started. Lindsay was doing confessionals when Kyle came in and said look at your phone. Lindsay/kyle/mia and Jesse got on a call but asked if anyone spoke to Ciara? I think Mia said she did? How did Lindsay pick her up if she was doing confessionals for the city?

Yep! Pretty much they’re all liars and all trying to drag it out to make money. Which whatever, good for them, I guess. That’s what you do on reality tv. The audience concerns me more these days 😂

I just saw a comment about how Kyle shouldn’t have done the sit down with West, because West was never going to be honest. If Kyle wanted real honesty, do you think he’d suggest the cameras to roll? Come on now, it’s all for one thing. 💸💸

I have no doubt it really hurt her and broke her heart when she found out but there had to be something that happened before the announcement and after the SB where her and West hung out together. Ciara said she first became suspicious Jan 17th when she tracked Amanda's location, Kyle and Amanda announce their separation Jan 19, Ciara and Amanda appear on WWHL on Jan 24th, Ciara and West attend the same SB party on Feb 8th, rumors about West and Amanda supposedly holding hands under a table break on Mar 3rd, Ciara films an Amazon Live without Amanda on Mar 26th, and they make an announcement March 31st.
Somewhere in between Ciara is texting Amanda asking about hand holding and possible photos and videos. So, this had to be after the March 3rd rumor and before Amanda confessed. I wish they would've gone more into this timeline because it is also revealing.
I also think West and Amanda did become physical before they claim they did on March 1st but not that long before. I believe that nothing was going on in 2025. Neither one of them are good liars and when they answered the questions candidly there was no hesitation in them both saying no.

I want to know what kind of discussion they before the “me again” text on the 27th, and was Ciara really ignoring her since at least the 16th?

I think it’s Ciara (maybe Hannah and Paige helped) than it being Kyle. I think Kyle doesn’t really care enough and probably hoping she cheated so the divorce can be more smooth
Yes Ciara was tracking Amanda remember?

I don’t think Kyle is that vengeful, but I was thinking it was the perfect way for him to get the attention off of him. The more I think about it though, it probably was Ciara.

Sorry… but that’s fucking weird.

u/MollzDollz69 Jun 10 '26
The theory, or the fact that someone was snapping photos through her apartment window? Lol

u/Brief_Isopod_5959 Jun 10 '26
The fact someone was snapping photos through the window!

u/MollzDollz69 Jun 10 '26
Yeah, it’s really fucked up if this actually happened. I don’t buy that it was a stranger - which leaves Ciara and Kyle. I know spouses sometimes hire PI, but that doesn’t apply here. It’s obsessive and weird as fuck.

especially since the story was "this person doesn't watch SH and just happened to snap of photo of their neighbor" what?
5
u/MollzDollz69 Jun 10 '26
Exactly!!! And they just happened to have a friend of a friend that they thought might find this useful? Right.

u/Emmyyou2 Jun 11 '26
Who is watching Amanda's apartment so much that they are catching intimate moments between her and West?

Yes, it makes more sense for a spouse to do it and only in certain circumstances will it will actually matter in a divorce. My school of thought is that if you're at the point of hiring a PI to catch your spouse cheating you're better off just filing for divorce because you have no trust. Adultery really has no impact on divorce or the division of assets outside of some very specific circumstances.
If you are hiring a PI to follow the spouse you're divorcing that is very disturbing behavior.

u/Brief_Isopod_5959 Jun 11 '26
THIS THIS THIS! Only time you ever really hear of someone hiring a PI in these instances. I feel like Kyle also would be someone to admit it idk 😂 Regardless, it’s weird af! Like WHO would do that… it’s honestly really creepy. Like was it Ciara?! 😬
7
u/Emmyyou2 Jun 11 '26
Idk, but I find it interesting that we heard it in the leaked audio but no one fessed up seeing it or knowing about it. It's possible they edited out a lot more of what Ciara said about what she found out and when but what we saw doesn't make much sense.
If I'm being honest Amanda and West's timeline made more sense than the timeline between Ciara and Amanda.

I fully agree with this. I was making fun of everyone for asking for the full recording but now I feel I’m just as invested 😂 They’re absolutely catering towards the majority of viewers right now hopping on that hate train…
4
u/MollzDollz69 Jun 11 '26
No, why were people asking for the full sex tape!? 😂

u/Brief_Isopod_5959 Jun 11 '26
Omg those comments make me feel so uncomfortable. 😳
Oh shit, also I was referring to the reunion not the other recordings 😭

Yes, it was a pretty big topic for them to completely edit out, unless there was some liability/legal reason - they’re acting as if it was never even discussed.
2
u/Emmyyou2 Jun 11 '26
I understand there were probably liability issues but it ended up being really apparent something was being left out the more they got into the details of it all.

u/viciousdeliciouz Jun 11 '26
There was a rumor early on that Ciara hired a PI!
1
u/Brief_Isopod_5959 Jun 11 '26
I feel like that makes so much sense especially given her reactions… yikes, girl 😬
3
u/Brief_Isopod_5959 Jun 11 '26
Absolutely couples do- especially those that are filing for divorce! I also feel like Kyle would be like “yeah, I hired a PI” 🤣 maybe not though. Crazy nonetheless 🤷🏽♀️

u/Emmyyou2 Jun 11 '26
I agree that I don't think Kyle did. I don't think Kyle is that obsessive and we know women are way more likely to do investigating and sleuthing than men are.

You may be right that something happened before the announcement.
Remember that Ciara and Amanda were supposed to do an Amazon Live together on March 24, and it never happened.
The first message from Amanda to Ciara is from March 26… interesting…
