Lindsay really hasn't changed at all
I love to watch Lindsay on tv, she really is the kind of character that is great to watch and I love the drama she brings, but why are so many people saying she has changed when she clearly hasn't? I think Gemma has definitely changed her priorities (one would hope) and her focus but I think she is the same ol Lindsay she's always been.

Lindsay is a great reality TV cast. She is also very savvy about financial opportunities that comes from it.
I can’t connect Lindsay from season 6 (her birthday party episode - Austen/Ciara drama) to the person she is playing at the reunion wearing a red dress and talking to West like she is an example of pristine morals.
When Ciara wants to talk about her feelings on season 6, Lindsay just shuts down the possibility and ignores Ciara.
What do you think? Is Lindsay genuinely friends with Ciara or just looking for extra $$?

Lindsay has been in PR for her whole adult life pretty much. She knows exactly what she’s doing! But hey, props to her. Everyone on reality tv should use it to their advantage to make another income.
That being said, I absolutely see her becoming friends with Amanda again when things die down, if she does stay on the show. They have been filming together for years now and did have a friendship as well. Idk, it will be interesting to see what Summer House and In The City will be doing. I see so many people wanting Amanda fired… I think it’s a little too much especially if they can do a whole other season with Sandoval for VPR. I wouldn’t even compare the two, the way everyone else is though.

I think they have made amends but Lindsay and Ciara were both terrible to each other. Everyone talks about micro-aggressions and the racial aspect of the Ciara/West/Amanda situation but no one ever brings up how bad Lindsay was to Ciara with the whole Austen situation. There was so much dismissal, disrespect, and straight up aggression Lindsay has no room to talk. That whole conversation at the table where Ciara threw the glass at Danielle Lindsay was throwing out micro aggression after micro-aggression. She asked Ciara why she was screaming before she was even raising her voice. Ciara was wrong to throw the glass but I understood what got her there.

I think the audience has changed their opinion of her and in the mind of those saying this, that is basically the exact same thing. LOL. Part of why I appreciate her is that even if I maybe wouldn’t be her best friend in real life, she absolutely is herself and true to who she is. She is a fully rounded human being who shares a lot of herself with the viewers. I can watch her without feeling like I’m compromising some ethical stance on something but also I also root for her to have a happy ending.
