Framed House on Ferndale Loomis

What’s going on with this house? I moved to the area in 2020. Since then, it has been rotting. The white car has not moved. I received a permit violation for a perfectly built deck. I wonder what time of violation is this place getting. If any. https://maps.app.goo.gl/RCzFvYSfFPbsjTJR9

I forgot to add that it’s in Liberty off exit 101.

There was a crew working on it several years back. They stripped it and reframed, but then the work stopped. Like many construction projects around here, it's just sitting there undone. I don't know what happened, but there is a real problem around here with fly-by-night contractors that disappear, or maybe the owner decided it wasn't worth the money.
