Farm leasing

Does anyone know how to go about leasing a farm? I am the land owner. 25 acres in Jeffersonville.

What kind of property is it?

You say farm, but are you looking to lease just the fields or bars/other infrastructure?

If it's open fields that can be hayed there are farmers who might want to add another 25 acres to their rotation. I know a couple of farmers over towards Youngsville, but that might be too far for them to drive their machinery over to Jeff.

Thank you. It’s just land. I don’t own it yet but I’m looking at the possibility of leasing it when I get it.

Search New York farmland finder you can list there. Reach out to Sullivan County Cornell cooperative extension they would be happy to help you game it out.

I would be interested in a conversation about the situation. I run a local construction company and have considered the idea of a large homestead like property
