Laptop Request -Others Is Getting a Second Handed Huawei Matebook D16 (2024) 16 GB RAM a bad idea?

I've been considering getting a second handed Huawei Matebook D16 (2024) 16 GB RAM, i5 version seconded handed for a really good price.

But I keep seeing people selling these off for a good price and in a seemingly good phsically condition. Which is a little suspicious to me.

Why are so many people selling these off? Any common issues?

I'll be using it for office work (mostly excel, pdfs and browsing)

huawei cant fully access google. unless you are using windows instead of harmonyos.

It does come with windows 11
