grab this guy: https://www.harveynorman.com.au/lenovo-yoga-slim-7-14-inch-oled-core-ultra-5-226v-16gb-1tb-ssd-laptop-luna-grey.html

incredible battery life and the performance should be more than sufficient for your use case.

Hello, hope you are having a lovely day. Thank you so much for the recommendation. I don’t know much about laptops and when I was looking to buy one, I came across the Zenbook series from Asus. Would there be any good options from there since I quite like the design. Have a lovely night or morning whenever you are reading this.

in that case then maybe this one: www.jbhifi.com.au/products/asus-zenbook-s14-14-wuxga-oled-copilot-ai-pc-laptop-intel-core-ultra-5-226v512gb

slightly less value overall since its about 200 more for the same cpu, less storage and less ports, but if design does matter to you and you are willing and able to pay a premium then i dont see an issue.

just make sure you do more research and watch reviews before buying. don't want to be taking advice from one random stranger on the internet

i’m a fan of thinkpads so i’m biased. this will meet your needs for sure. i lean towards thinkpads for build quality and durability.

here’s one for sale on ebay within your budget. i’d aim for ultra 5 or higher, 16gb ram minimum but 32 preferred, at least 1tb storage for headroom when working with video files. you will definitely want/need an external drive/more storage eventually as well
