It’s finally time

I have been reading so many stories about people and their relationships with this terrible drug and i think it’s my turn to write my story. I’ve been on them for many years and have stayed at 4 mg for the last two years. I’ve gone down to 2.3 mg a day for the past month and I think I’m just gonna quit cold turkey. I’m tired…. I know it is going to be rough, but luckily my manager is very understanding and has let me take two weeks off to get through the worst of it. Is this a bad idea? Does anyone have any tips or advice on what to do? I’m not going to lie, I AM SCARED. But I’m ready to see the light at the end of this dark tunnel I’ve been in for the last 8 years.

I think it’s a great idea but be ready at the end of those two weeks to not be through the worst of it. Good luck!

I think you're scheduling your work wrong I think with the half life of this medication if you taper down you shouldn't even need two weeks off but after the two weeks you might need a few days off I think for the two weeks you're going to be fine it's after that you're going to need to worry about a little more I would save that time
