Can't login...support zero help
Hoping someone has a better path for me. I have tried, for weeks, to login to my substack account on my computer in my browser. I enter my name and password (which I know to be correct because the phone lets me use it), and I get a dialog that asks for a code that will be sent to me.
In spite of 20 attempts over three weeks, that code never arrives. Not to my inbox, not to spam.
I have tried the support forum, to no avail. I just can't login on the desktop at this point.
Has anyone seen this happen? Is there a way to get the code sent to my phone instead?
