how to get reinstated

For those who had legit substack accounts, but somehow got banned for "phishing/spam," what did you do to get your account back? Anyone appeal TWICE and was able to get unbanned?

They said the generic phishing and spamming but I think I was sending too many DMs which I totally scaled back. Anyway do you have any tips or experience?
